Online rezervasyon yaptığımda, seçtiğim aracın müsait olmadığını, yalnızca Golf 8 modelinin uygun olduğunu belirttiler. Sezon dolayısıyla araç bulmanın zor olduğunu bildiğim için, kabul ettim ve aracı ayırmalarını istedim. Ardından tekrar online rezervasyon yaparak işlemi tamamladım. Defalarca teyit etmeme rağmen, aracı kesin olarak ayırdıklarını ve teslim edeceklerini söylediler. Ancak teslim almaya gittiğimde aracın mevcut olmadığını, yerine karavan tipi bir araç verebileceklerini ilettiler. Karavan araç istemediğimi belirtince, bu kez alay eder gibi Fiat Tipo verebileceklerini söylediler. Şirket politikalarında “ayırdığınız araç mevcut değilse, muadili veya daha üst segment bir araç verilir” ibaresi yer almasına rağmen, Tipo’nun Golf 8’den daha iyi bir araç olduğunu iddia ettiler. Yıllardır Belgrad’a geliyorum, bu kez farklı bir firma ile çalışmak istedim fakat maalesef oldukça kötü bir deneyim yaşadım. Bu firmayı kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Zaman kaybı yaşamak istemiyorsanız, büyük ve güvenilir firmalardan şaşmayın.

I hired a car for 6 weeks for travel in Belgrade, Macedonia, Montenegro, Croatia, Hungary, and Romania no problem at all. But we don't know whether Croatia and Romania need an international driving license, told by the Romania border. It's a good company, thank you.

Iznajmili smo automobil na 15 dana i prešli skoro 3000 kilometara kroz Srbiju, Crnu Goru, Hrvatsku i Bosnu. Auto je bio u savršenom stanju, potpuno pouzdan i izuzetno udoban za duga putovanja. Sve je proteklo bez ikakvih problema – od preuzimanja vozila, preko same vožnje, pa do vraćanja auta. Osoblje je bilo izuzetno ljubazno, profesionalno i spremno da izađe u susret za sve što nam je bilo potrebno. Zaista sve preporuke! Ako ponovo budemo iznajmljivali automobil, sigurno ćemo se vratiti upravo ovde.

Rented an SUV for 2 weeks this 2025 summer and got a great service by Milan, AR rent representative who I also met on site . Great service was also on site when I landed in Belgrade and got the car which matched my expectations. Also when I returned the car service was great. To add to it the price for the AR Rent car was 30% cheaper then what was offered by other companies like SIXT, AVIS and even CARWIZ this without compromising the service which again: AR Rent on site team were really nice , efficient and gave overall great impression

Prethodnih godina nisam imao problema, ali ovaj put mi je dato neispravno vozilo i nebezbedno za vožnju sa nekoliko crvenih lampica upozorenja na ekranu. Tri dana žalbe, jedva su pristali da zamene. Morao sam se vratiti iz drugog grada po novi auto, nikakav popust ili izvinjenje nisam dobio. Preporuka, napravite test krug oko aerodroma čim preuzmete vozilo. Žao mi je što nakon nekoliko godina korišćenja njihovih vozila sada moram da ostavim negativan komentar.

Drugar i ja smo iznajmili opel korsu na 4 dana.Auto je bio u odličnom stanju,samo 2 godine star.Depozit sam dobio u potpunosti posle 3 dana na moju kreditnu karticu.Nemam nikakve primedbe,svaka preporuka za ovu kompaniju i sigurno ću ponovo iznajmiti auto kod njih.
