Reserved Kia Seed or similar - got new VW Golf (16k km driven). Procedure is simple. They will try to upsell insurance, but not being pushy. They dont make fuss about dents bellow 1.5cm, so when you return the car, it is cassually inspected for possible serious demages and that fuel level is as received. It is not request car to be clean when returned - Alamo is washing all cars before handling it to next customer. If travelling from abroad, make sure that you credit card will work in Serbia (I personally had a problem with a CC limit, which I luckly solve online).

Nosotros alquilamos auto con temor porque en las reseñas decían que en Belgrado te daban autos viejos o con problemas. Hoy acabo te terminar mi experiencia con Álamo Rent a car y puedo decir que fue maravilloso todo. Primero el trato del personal, la información que nos dieron porque íbamos a recorrer los Balcanes y Eslovenia. El auto era casi nuevo, un Skoda Octavia automático mejor que mi propio auto. La entrega fue rápida y sencilla. Un 10 para mí. Los súper recomiendo.

Upućeno Alamo personalu na aerodromu Nikola Tesla Beograd Nekoliko puta godišnje dolazim iz Holandije za Beograd. Rent a car već duže vreme uzimam kod Alamo. Izuzetno sam zadovoljan sa saradnjom.Profesionalni pristup i ljubaznost prema klijentu su odlike prilikom svake saradnje sa personalnom Alamo ekspoziture na aerodromu u Beogradu. Kada sam došao preuzeti auto, prvo sam morao uvjeriti vašeg zaposlenika da sam već platio za drugog vozača. Kada su me pitali da uzmem dodatno osiguranje, ljubazno sam to odbio. Vaš zaposlenik mi je tada rekao da moram platiti €1200 umjesto dogovorenih €500 kao depozit. Rekao sam mu da na obrascu piše €500, ali on je tvrdio da je to stari iznos i da novi iznosi navodno još nisu ažurirani. Pored toga, morao sam potpisati obrazac u kojem se navodi da, u slučaju štete, dajem dozvolu da mi se s računa skine neograničen iznos. Nisam imao povjerenja u to, pa sam odlučio uzeti dodatno osiguranje. Na kraju sam platio oko €200 za tri dana najma auta, što je najskuplji najam auta koji sam ikada imao. Kada sam vratio auto, čuo sam vašeg zaposlenika kako, dok je bio s drugim klijentom, spominje da taj klijent mora platiti depozit od samo €900. Jasno je da se radi o proizvoljnosti, što ja smatram prevarom. Praktično vas prisiljavaju da uzmete dodatno osiguranje. Ovo je posljednji put da iznajmljujem auto kod Alamo ili Enterprise.
