Rented a car from Zagreb town.Staff absolutely friendly and helpful. Car was new renault captur! Fantastic driving. We drove to Slovenia, Plitvice, Samobor, Trakoscan and other areas. Of course we always use full insurance, assistance etc for safety but worth the money.! I really suggest this company!

Hired a car with Nova from Dubrovnik Airport to Zagreb City Centre. The car (a Renault Captur) was virtually new and in great condition. The staff were really helpful and we had no issues at all - we would definitely hire with this company again. We did take premium insurance and breakdown cover which gave us peace of mind after a very stressful experience in Europe years ago when using our own car insurance from home. We also paid to drop off in a different location - well worth it to ensure we could travel where we wanted. Well done Nova and thank you.
