Fantastisk! Veldig god service. Vi hadde egentlig bestilt med Avis, men de hadde bare dratt hjem. Mens Hertz var veldig serviceinnstilte og vennlige. Det gikk fort og de var dyktige. Anbefales

We had a great experience renting a car from Hertz at Split Airport. The gentleman at the counter—Egor, I believe—was extremely helpful and friendly. He provided us with all the necessary information, was very professional, and also flexible, which made the process smooth and easy. The car itself had a few scratches, but that’s completely understandable given the road conditions in Croatia 😊. Overall, it was a very good vehicle for the price—reliable, clean, and exactly what we needed for our trip. Would definitely rent from Hertz Split again. Thanks again, Egor!

Two stars earned only because there was no waiting time when arriving to pick the car. (Usually always a long queue in other airports.) Cars are parked outside at the furthest row from the building (approx 200 metres). In case of rain this would be unfortunate. When returning the car, there were no staff in the area. I had to walk to the counter (on the other side of the huge parking area) where the lady said we are returning the car 30 min early and therefore no staff available. We visited in May so we must have been only customers returning the car that evening...? Anyway, the lady went to meet my husband at the car so we were able to return it early. Might be a good idea to reserve some time for this hassle in case there happens to be more customers at the same time. Quite unorganized, never seen similar and I have rented cars often.
