Nicht buchen! Kassieren vor Ort Bar ,,Reinigungsgebühr,, in die eigene Tasche. Haben einen neuen Schaden dokumentiert, den ich verursacht hätte und 400€ sofort mit Kredit Karte eingezogen. Den Schaden haben nicht wir verursacht. Müssen jetzt versuchen das Geld von der Versicherung wieder zu bekommen. Am Flughafen gab es keine andere Wahl als zu bezahlen. Trotz Foto Dokumentation. Ist mir so noch nie passiert. Wir haben schon in vielen Ländern und Conpanys Auto gemietet. Ganz große abzocke. Achtung 🚨

Abzocke . Am Anfang war alles ok . Als wir das Auto dann abgeben wollten ging es los . Haben uns zwei Schäden angehängt die vorher schon da waren , wurden aber wohl von der Dame am ersten Tag nicht im System eingetragen. Obwohl sie es uns ausdrücklich bestätigt hat . Mussten jetzt über 300 Euro Strafe zahlen . Es ist eine Frechheit. Haben wohl auch gemerkt dass wir schnell zum Flieger müssen und haben garnicht mit sich reden lassen . Nie wieder

We got 2 car insurance, one online from discovercars and one on site because they recommended this better one. When we returned the car they started saying we scratched it, that it has some new damage spots. We’ve completed an accident report because they insisted. And finally, almost lost the plane because the exam and all the talking took almost 1 hour. TAKE PICTURES, DETAILED ONES, because they will try everything in order to use the insurance on you.

They stole 50€ from us. Everything was great until they charged us 50€ for arriving at their desk at 20:10, after we left the car parked at the airport at 20:00 (which is the time they told us to leave the car). The guy that was working there told us that he had to charge this amount because he was staying there after the end of his shift (20:00, the time we had to leave the car BEFORE checking if there were any damages with him as from policy), which is not true since one hour after this happened he was still waiting for other clients. And it couldn't be true anyway since checking the car took him a good 15 minutes, so we would have finished way later than 20:00. Plus, when we arrived at the airport there was a car blocking us, so we lost time. Secondly, we had to take all of our baggages from the car, check if there were damages one last time and remove the trash/all we had inside the car, which is why we arrived at the desk at 20:10. The guy also threatened not to give us the 200€ we left as deposit. 50€ for these 10 minutes is crazy, it's a theft, it's almost half the amount we paid to rent the car. We're never renting a car with this company again, this was a crazy way to steal money from your (former) costumers. Never again. Update: it's 21:40 and the guy is still working.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, AFTER A GOOD VACATION THEY CHARGED ME 50€ FOR BEING LATE (THEY SAID 15 MINUTES AND CAN’T EVEN PROVE IT BECAUSE IT TOOK US MORE TO HAVE AN ARGUMENT ABOUT THE CHARGE). THEY WILL TRY EVERYTHING TO STEAL YOU SOME MONEY ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. CRAZY THING IS THAT THEY WERE ARGUING THAT AT 20 THE OFFICE CLOSES, NOW IT IS 21:20 AND HE IS STILL THERE WORKING!!!

Weird communication with clients. Not friendly. Conditions are stupid. You need to completely clean up the car from in and outside even if you barely drove it and had just usual dust spots and small particles on the foot mat of the driver. Even with the full coverage you need to wait for like 30 minutes to make all the papers done...

Long waiting time for both the pick up as the return of the cars, charged for fees they did not clearly informed us about. The cars themselves were fine.

The cars themselves were fine, but the service left much to be desired. Upon arrival, we had to wait nearly two hours just to complete the registration process. When returning the vehicles, we were unfairly charged for cleaning and alleged scratches that we did not cause. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this service.

Bardzo nie polecam tej wypożyczalni lepiej zapłacić więcej i nie mieć wielu problemów i nerwów . 1 Odbiór auta to była katorga , nie miła obsługa ściskająca ubezpieczenie a kiedy go nie wzięliśmy Panie zrobiły się jeszcze bardziej nie miłe . 2 Auto pomimo małego przebiegu porysowane , uszkodzona felga i opona . Zapytałem pracownika czy można ja wymienić bo ma dziurę od czoła nie jest to bezpieczne w czasie jazdy powiedział mi że nie . 3 auto odbierałem w czasie burzy i nie zauważyłem wszystkich mankamentów auta co okazało się po deszczu kiedy auto wyschło i na zderzaku , masce, podszybiu, szybie u dachu ukazała się jakaś dziwna substancja bardzo twarda . Gdy zdawaliśmy auto zostaliśmy zaatakowani przez osoby z obsługi wypożyczalni że zniszczyliśmy auto . Były krzyki i groźby pod naszym adresem pierw że zapłacimy za czyszczenie 150€ pożenię że nie dostaniemy depozytu i zostaniemy ukarani za zniszczenie auta . Podróżowałem z żoną i 6 letnim synem który płakał bo nie wiedział dlaczego Ci ludzie krzyczą na tym parkingu . Po długiej batalii pracownica zaczęła udowadniać mi że tej żywicy nie było kiedy odbierałem auta ale kiedy zdjęcia się załadowały i Pani pokazała mi monitor ukazały się też plamy na samochodzie . Po sprawdzeniu zdjęć ze wcześniejszych wynajmów okazało się że ta żywica już tam była wcześniej . Nie zostaliśmy przeproszeni za zmarnowany czas i nerwy . Na dokumentach zostało skreślone że wysadziliśmy szkodę wielką krechą i adnotacją OK. Na szczęście depozyt pojawił się z powrotem na koncie . Radzę unikać tego typu wypożyczalni i dać kilka euro więcej u konkurencji ! Sytuacja miała miejsce 14.07.2025 r Zadar Lotnisko
