Bilo smo ovde u avgustu prosle godine i utisci su bili sjajni. Lokacija sjajna, cisto, dorucak odlican. Zato smo se vratili i ove godine. Ali, higijena je ove godine na znacajno losijem nivou, u spa centar bolje ne ulaziti.

Ci siamo fermati di passaggio , hotel pulito , personale molto gentile , il parcheggio è un po’ lontano dalla struttura , però dispongono di una navetta che vi porta con i bagagli dal parcheggio tipo macchinetta da golf , basta richiederla prima . Colazione ottima . Sicuramente ritorneremo se saremo in zona . Ristoranti molto vicino 10 min a piedi . 👍👍👍

Makro isimli bir yönetici sanırım, bizim sorunumuzla ilgilendi, yardımcı oldu. Çalışanlar yardımsever. Rezervasyon yaparken nehir üzerinde bir otel olacağını farketmemiştim. Gece sanki deprem oluyormuş gibi arada sallandığımız olsa da keyifli güzel bir deneyimdi. Tavsiye ederim. Merkeze ulaşım konusunda biraz ters kalabilir. Araçla otel önüne gidemiyorsunuz. Usce parkına aracınızı bırakıp ufak golf arabasıyla transferinizi yapıyorlar. Yürüyerek de park yerine 5 dakikada gidebilirsiniz

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel itself is lovely, breakfasts were very enjoyable, and having a spa on site is definitely a big plus. Sleeping on the water is a unique and peaceful experience — especially when the surroundings are quiet. There is a shuttle service, which was very helpful as we arrived late at night and were kindly met by a staff member. However, there were a few downsides. Out of all the nights we stayed, the spa staff member was only present on the last night. On the other days, there was another staff member (I’m not sure of her role), but she didn’t open the jacuzzi, turn on the TV in the spa area, or assist with other facilities. That was disappointing. Also, on the first night, there was a large, very loud group staying in the room next to and above us. They were shouting and jumping around well into the night, and I had to go to reception multiple times — I was even ready to call the police myself. Thankfully, the other nights were quieter. Room cleaning was okay, but tea and coffee weren’t replenished. When we asked, we were told one capsule is complimentary and the rest must be paid for. All in all, a beautiful place with potential — especially with some improvements to consistency and guest service.

This was a last-minute trip to Belgrade so I will be honest, I didn't exactly know what I was booking. But, it was a great surprise! This hotel is floating on the Danube which is kind of cool! Half of the rooms face the river. The other half face a beautiful park. You really cannot go wrong - but I went for the river view. The hotel is modern and sort of minimalist. I wouldn't say it would be great for long stays as there was really limited storage. But the beds were super-comfortable. I slept better here than I did at home. And, like a stationary cruise, I found it hard to close the curtain and stop looking at the river!||The breakfast (which we got as part of our rate - an option) was very good. I found it odd that they limit the amount of coffee and/or tea you can get but two cups per person is fine. We also took advantage of the one free spa hour per day. It was really clean -- and was totally relaxing. Regarding parking, it's true that they have free parking. Really, it's just public parking. But even free public parking is great. And, if you have trouble walking the 300 meters between the parking lot and the hotel, they do have a golf cart to help.

Wie viele schon sagten, muss man das letzte Stück zum Hotel laufen, was aber in Ordnung für uns war. Ich fand das Hotel an sich schön, aber wirklich etwas hellhörig. Das Frühstück war toll, die Sauna solala. Wirklich heiß war sie nicht.

Love this place. I only wish rooms had a balcony. Otherwise it is a great affordable, clean, very helpful staff 24 hours a day. Breakfast is great. I highly recommend.

Öncelikle otopark ve otel arasında 10 dk kadar yürüyorsunuz golf arabası ile haber verirseniz otoparka bırakıyorlar. Konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde olmasına rağmen otelden aldığım hizmet hiç hoş değildi. İlk katta kaldık oda lağım kokuyor tahtası gıcırdıyor dışardan çok ses geçiriyor. Odayı temizlemelerini söylediğimizde çarşafları değiştirmemişler sadece toplamışlar ?? Şa puan krem güncellenmiyor. Hayatımda ilk defa böyle bi oda temizliğine denk geldim. Tavsiye etmiyorum

Расположение хорошее, в окружении шикарного парка, вид на остров, рядом автобусная остановка, недалеко, минут 15 пешком или 1 остановка на автобусе, торговый центр и магазины Долго искали бронь, сказали, что нет ее, потом, наконец, нашли. Заселили в номер около зоны, где проходят завтраки. Номер небольшой, стул упирается в кровать. Стенка душа прозрачная, но можно закрыть раздвижной дверкой. Чайника не было, просила на ресепшн. Кофемашина в номере есть, только 2 капсулы бесплатно, остальное за деньги. Вид классный на воду, рядом проплывают утки и иногда лебеди, лодки и кораблики. Есть кондиционер, климат - контроль. Холодильник забит барными платными напитками, все пришлось вытащить, чтобы поставить свое. Спросила про сауну у того же администратора, он сказал, что она на уборке, и даже завтра невозможно посетить утром, потому что занято время с 10. Я спросила : "А раньше?", - получила ответ, что нет. Вообще был он не особо приветлив. Я была в большом огорчении, в том числе заказывала из-за сауны. Потом вечером пришла девушка ему на смену. Я к ней. И о чудо, мы договорились на 8-30. Девушка молодец! Утром я встала и пошла в сауну. Горничная /уборщица ее открыла. И включила!!! При мне. У меня был автобус в 11 утра. Хорошо, что она быстро прогрелась. Джакузи мне не включили. Считаю, что нужно о таких вещах писать и предупреждать людей! Цена должна соответствовать качеству предоставляемых услуг! 80 евро для Белграда приличная цена.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The setting by the river and the nearby park made it feel really peaceful and charming. The hotel itself was cute and clean, with a cozy atmosphere. The service was absolutely amazing—staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help. While the facilities were a little on the simpler side, everything was well-kept. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming, but the excellent location made up for it. Overall, a really nice experience!

le pire hôtel de ma vie, l'hôtel n'a pas de parking, c'est un mensonge total, ça sent la moisissure dans la chambre, et si vous restez au rez-de-chaussée, vous aurez l'impression que le plafond vous tombe dessus, quand les gens à l'étage marchent, ça a l'air terrible, évitez cet hôtel, c'est pathétique
