Service was very kind and helpful, absolutely everyone we’ve met. Beautiful and calming location. Yet we had one of the worst espresso martinis of our life. For 34€. I wouldn‘t mind the price if they were worth it quality wise, coming from a person who has experience in hospitality. Maybe consider improving that quality.

A good quality hotel, could be elevated if a few things were improved upon. Staff were all generally very good, especially the breakfast team. I had an issue with the curtains in my room, they simply weren’t wide enough, some of it was hanging off the rail, even the maintenance guy said they were badly made. They let way too much light in from 5am each day. I spoke to the reception staff several times about it and while it was clearly not going to be possible to address it properly during the course of my stay, they didn’t apologise, were generally indifferent to it and offered no solutions, not even a complimentary drink by way of apology. The fridge in the room was totally useless, it was basically a storage area. We received a bottle of water in the room on the first day and that was it, pretty poor that a 4 star hotel in a warm country doesn’t offer a complimentary bottle of water. The breakfasts were good but again, little details like the orange juice not being proper orange juice and food left open to all the flies and wasps, were lacking.

Trots ca 50 rum kändes det personligt och inte trångt. Underbar frukost och god lunch. Middag provade vi inte. Hotellet har det lilla extra och allt fungerade utmärkt! Bästa hotellet på länge.

We had a fantastic stay here, the location is stunning and the room was lovely. All the staff were brilliant but I had to leave a review to extend my thanks to Esther. I left my wallet on the flight and within minutes she is calling her partner (who works at the airport) to try to locate it, which he did. Using personal contacts like this is really above and beyond service and really shows she genuinely cares about the guests. I really felt like this hotel stay was flawless, I hope to be back!

The hotel could be so much better but is cutting a few corners and the restaurant needs improvement the pool area is a little cramped and the continual planes overhead do not help this be relaxing stay ||Room size good and comfy beds breakfast is good generally coffee a little bitter and cheap orange juice otherwise fresh fruit etc v good

I loved this hotel so much and didn’t want to leave! I was able to check in early and received a room upgrade to a suite, which was so lovely. The staff is so authentic and nice - they are all just genuinely friendly and kind. The views from breakfast and lunch are divine. The pool is gorgeous and the beach club across the road is a nice change of scenery. I really loved it here and found it really relaxing. Will definitely be back!

We stayed for a week and had a brilliant time. It’s a lovely hotel but the staff really make it special. We got an upgrade, which was fantastic, as well as some excellent recommendations for places to visit, which we otherwise wouldn’t have known about. My wife loved the pool and there’s a good beach with a bar directly over the road. Breakfasts are very good, with a large choice. ||Trogir itself is a lovely old town with loads of good restaurants.

Spent a week there, so probably have a detailed observation. Staff is nice and friendly, but rather doesn't go above and beyond. Hotel itself is wonderful, and makes you wanna spend time there, not just to sleep and leave. Food is really good, both breakfast buffet and a La carte restaurant. Beautiful patio and fantastic pool, however beautiful black and white tiles could be refreshed once in a while, same for sunbeds and pool towels could be more available. Generally would recommend to everybody seeking relaxation. I feel like some low cost efforts would make it even better :)

We stayed here for a week for our babymoon. We had the basic room (some people said it was relatively small), but our room was in the main hotel and had plenty of space. The hotel is set in a lovely area. It is a very short walk to the town, and it is safe to walk in the evening as it's well lit. The hotel is beautiful inside. We have stayed in a brown hotel before in Athens, and it has the same 1970s theme. The breakfast was nice but quite repetitive for a seven-day break. There isn't much going on in the hotel in the evening, so you will need to head out if you want more than dinner.

Den Fluglärm mal ausgeschlossen, ist dieses Hotel eher eine Zumutung. Die Suite zwar groß und geräumig, das Badezimmer weit weg von 4 Sternen, die Dusche in der Badewanne hat schon historischen Charakter, hat maximal Platz für ein Kleinkind und passt so überhaupt nicht. Das eigentliche Problem ist der Poolbereich, hoffnungslos überlaufen und das tägliche Gerangel um die Liegen am Pool ist nervtötend und geht schon zeitig in der Früh mit Reservierungen los. Einem 4 Sternehaus nicht würdig. Das Frühstück hat wenig Auswahl und wiederholt sich jeden Tag, zwar eine Menge Personal aber kein Konzept, deshalb längere Wartezeiten. Würde ich nicht nochmal buchen, sorry.
