Comfy room with amenities. Excellent breakfast buffet. The reception lady was kind to offer free parking. Good wellness spa. A little bit shallow swimming pool. Finnish sauna with water is above and beyond.

Amazing customer service! Let me start by saying that we had a terrible experience at another hotel down the street and came to Atrium without a reservation. The gentleman at the front desk was so polite and genuine, and they happened to have a room available for us. The check in process was smooth, positive and quick. Amazing customer service! We were just looking for the place to stay overnight but the hotel is so nice and clean, the rooms are amazing, modern and very spacious! They have a parking, breakfast and a wellness center with fitness and spa facilities. Highly recommend!

No categoriza como hotel de 4 estrellas. Tienen que mejorar en muchisimos aspectos. A las habitaciones les falta mucho. Cambiar colchones, veladores ordinarios que no funcionan. TV que no funciona. Desayuno muy mal presentado y lugar sucio.

This hotel is definitely not 5 star! We were given a room on the first floor facing the street - we paid a lot of money for this ‘deluxe’ room - the room itself was nice however… the hotel is on a very very busy main road and noisy - woken every night of our stay by drunk people outside screaming on the street and traffic noise was continuous so no good nights sleep. Breakfast was horrible worse than a 2 star - the hot food was cold, and when I asked for a decaf was told they don’t do it and I’d have to go to the bar and pay for it! Out of the 4 hotels we’ve stayed in in Croatia this was the only one that cannot accommodate someone who can’t have caffeine. Like I say not 5 star. The hotel is nowhere near the old town and you have to walk at least 20-30 mins to get there which when it’s 30 degrees and continuous traffic along a main road is not pleasant. The area is very run down and I wouldn’t feel safe walking late at night here. We booked our trip through Trailfinders who did not give us a heads up about this hotel at all. If you want a nice experience in Split don’t stay here.

This hotel may not be as imposing as the bigger hotels but our stay was comfortable enough. Know that it is not within the city center and it is along a busy street. Also, the hot water in the shower was intermittent. The breakfast they served was good but make sure to go some place else for dinner.

Car park useful. Reception were welcoming and helpful on our check-in. Pool and sauna are complimentary. We used and were clean and not busy. Breakfast was very busy. Good choice of breakfast. Rooms large with mountain view. Stayed in connecting rooms - reception gave us key to connecting door. Bathrooms were cleaned daily but not the actual room.|We walked to the port in 30 mins. Hotel 1 mile walk to dalmatian palace and Riva. There's graffiti on the wall that signifies the local football club. There's a supermarket across the street as well Breakfast was good. Depending on an individuals diet, the scrambled eggs have a strange taste. Best to stick to hard boiled eggs. Wide selection of food too. There's a pool with 2 saunas, one is dry and the other is a Turkish bath. Beds are comfortable especially after exploring the town.

This is an up-to-date, clean, modern hotel that was patronized by several tour groups during our stay. The staff was always friendly and attentive and the room very comfortable. Our room faced the back of the building, overlooking the Joker shopping mall, and it was quiet at night. Breakfasts were good, if a bit unexciting - meat, cheese, grilled veg, sausage and bacon, fried eggs and potatoes. The pastries felt a bit mass-produced but were tasty and we appreciated having yogurt to add to our granola and muesli. ||The hotel is an easy walk to Old Town and restaurants. We’d skip the hotel restaurant for anything other than breakfast - there are so many other good options!

Don’t be fooled by the “5 stars” marketing. Nothing about the hotel is 5 stars, but their bad customer service. Do not waste your money at this hotel. 1. When we had our first breakfast at the hotel at 8:30am. There was no sight of host/hostess/attendant at the front host stand to check you in because they were all busy in the back corner where the bar area is chitchatting and lounging around having a great time. We then approached them to see if we can get a table, they just stared at us and gave a very indifferent response telling us to sit wherever, and carried on with their conversations. It was such a bizarre experience, let alone with the lack of dining service, literally anyone who isn’t a hotel guest can basically just walk in and sit themselves down for a free meal at this point. 2. The breakfast buffet, nothing was warm from the hot food section, the coffee tasted really weird, the fruits section and some other section were running low and no one refilled anything. We thought maybe it was just maybe an off day for the F&B team, but no, the rest of the next two mornings as well. The breakfast buffet experience were consistently bad throughout with the exact same issues. 3. On the 2nd day when we returned to our room, we noticed right the way the AC had stopped working (which the first night it made a lot of weird noises). We notified the staff, she said she will send the technician (which never came) and I had to go downstairs to remind them again. When he finally arrived which took 40 mins, he didn’t even do anything but holding a screwdriver and just put his left hand up to feel the air. He then tried to fool us by saying the AC is working normal. But who are you kidding it was only blowing hot air, and the digital indicator even has an error message flashing. We then requested a room change, it was challenging, as if the one of the receptionists that was on duty was just being difficult. This is nothing I have experienced, they took it as if I was lying that the room’s AC is not working. After technician’s confirmation that is not working she had us waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes. It would have been nice to be offered even a glass of cold water or something, as they can clearly see the weather that day was at 36°C and we had came back to the hotel from a beach day where we both are badly burnt by the sun. Overall, just an unpleasant stay. Definitely would not recommend the hotel, especially it’s marketed as 5 stars, if I really have to say, it’s more like a 3.5 with how unfriendly/crappy/lack of customer service skills of the staffs are, and the F&B were just bad icing on a bad cake. The location of the hotel is just ok, as it’s a 20 mins walk from the busy area Riva that’s about it.

I have traveled the world for the past 15 years. This hotel is clean and lovely, but.....the bathtub sits high above the ground. You have to step very high to get in. That's not the issue. Getting out is extremely dangerous. There is nothing to hold on to and not only is the ground extremely far down to step, you are standing even higher in the raised bathtub. You literally need a step stool, but of course that is not provided. I do not have mobility issues but had a very hard time getting out of the tub each day. Even the reception acknowledged that they did not know what the builders were thinking. I asked what a person does that has mobility issues. They have 2 rooms that have only showers but they are king bed rooms only, so if travelling with a friend could present a problem. Also, although there is a lot of food at the breakfast buffet, the quality is mediocre at best. Don't plan on going to the buffet later because hot items are sitting out and cold and cold items have become warm. Concerning.

Very nice room, hotel is near my home so location is 5 stars. But Television didn't work, i reported it to reception and they gently told they can fix it but it was late so i refused. Overall great hotel and 4 stars
