Welcome to Reja Wine
At Reja Wine, we are a family-owned winery dedicated to natural winemaking, located in the scenic Goriška Brda region of Slovenia. Our mission is to create unique wines that challenge the ordinary, offering a richer body and more complexity in each bottle.
Our Philosophy
We believe in minimal intervention winemaking, utilizing no additives apart from a small amount of sulfites. This approach allows our wines to truly embody the essence of the grapes and the distinct terroir of Goriška Brda. Our vines are meticulously cultivated, with each plant producing no more than one kilogram of grapes, ensuring the highest quality.
Our Wines
Reja Wine features two distinct lines:
| Wine Line | Description |
|---|---|
| Classic Line | This line includes “fresh” wines aged for a minimum of two years in stainless steel tanks and bottles, delivering fuller body and complexity. They exhibit fresh, fruity aromas and vibrant colors. |
| Gmajna Vineyard Line | Designed for wine enthusiasts, this line features wines from selected older vines and single vineyards. Through a detailed maceration process and aging in oak or acacia barrels, these wines showcase intense colors and complex aromas with lingering tastes. |

Anej was the best host we could wish for! He told us all about his family history, the wine they make and Slovenia. We learned a great deal from him and the wine was very tastefull. The best wine-tasting we’ve ever had. Bought 4 bottles in total and cannot wait to drink them at home. For everyone who likes wine a must vist!
