Our stay at Villa Otokar was truly something special. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious, spotless, and welcoming everything was. The house is so big you could actually get lost in it – and honestly, we kind of loved that! Perfect for when you need a little break from your travel buddies 😄 The outdoor area is a dream – a clean, well-maintained pool for cooling off, a grill for long summer evenings filled with good food and laughter, and a peaceful terrace where time just seems to slow down. Total privacy, total relaxation. One of the biggest highlights for us was how dog friendly the villa is – and not just on paper. Our dog had the time of his life! Plenty of room to run around, a safe environment, and absolutely no hassle. It’s rare to find a place that truly welcomes four-legged guests like this. Also, huge shout-out to Dunja, who handles the booking. She’s an absolute gem – friendly, helpful, super responsive, and just really great at what she does. You feel taken care of before you even arrive. Villa Otokar has everything you need for a perfect holiday: comfort, privacy, space, and that warm, “you’re welcome here” vibe that makes all the difference. We’ll definitely be back – and next time we might not even leave the house. Who needs sightseeing when you’ve got a pool and a grill?

Very nice and clean villa to stay with more than 10 people. Beds are very comfy. A lot of things that you can do outside. The pool is heated which is very nice in not so warm days. Outside is also fireplace, jacuzi, pink ponk table, grill, sunbeds...

This is an amazing place to stay! My family of 12 adults were very comfortable and thrilled with this house. The hot tub was used every night! It’s close to Croatia, Ljubljana, Predjama, etc! Dunja was amazing in helping us plan our daily exploration. From sites to restaurants, she was great! I highly recommend!

Just stayed here last month with a large group and it was wonderful! Beautiful property that was equipped with games and even a hot tub! The host was extremely pleasant and communicative and it was a great location — we were able to explore all of Slovenia and Croatia. Highly recommend!
