This rental property has become a constant nightmare for the neighborhood. It is repeatedly rented out to large, rowdy groups who throw loud, disruptive parties late into the night. This is a quiet, family-friendly area, and every time the house is occupied, it turns into a source of noise, chaos, and disrespect. We've had to call the police multiple times, as the noise levels and behavior are completely unacceptable. Screaming, loud music, intoxicated guests roaming the street – it’s become a serious safety and quality-of-life issue for residents nearby. This house is not suited for short-term party rentals, especially not in this peaceful neighborhood. It’s clear the owners or managers have no interest in screening guests or respecting the local community. Avoid this property at all costs – and if you're a neighbor, beware. It’s become a local nuisance and a real problem.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt! Unser Urlaub letzte Woche in der Villa One in Kroatien war einfach fantastisch. Die Villa war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und bot alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage war traumhaft – ruhig, mit wunderschönem Ausblick, und dennoch nah genug zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Stränden. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
