Hello, First of all Thank you for your service! Unfortunately my car had a defect, Saturday, durring my vacation in Slovenia. Monday I reach Avtohiša Jurič, Darko Service, founded on internet due to reviews and as a VW / Skoda authorized service. As my car was unable to start from the hotel I had to show only the pictures and describe the defect, the person form the front desk help me instantly, even more he asked the mechanic for a solution, and translated to me that I can understood and knowing the issues and the solution. They helped me to find also a platform, as I don't speak Slovenian. Second day around 10 AM, my car was ready. Even more when I pick it from the service, they let me know that my car is part of the Takata recall.
