U poslednjih mesec i po dana otkazane su mi tri online porudzbine!!! Navodni razlog za to je činjenica da je izgoreo magacin sa robom u Rumuniji. Na moje pitanje zašto artikle i dalje drže na sajtu kao aktivne, ako ih nemaju jer su izgoreli, devojka kaže da se trude da se trude da odeću šalju i iz drugih magacina. Ne znam tačno kojih, kada su mi poružbine otkazane. Neprofesionalno!

I was very desrespected today. I went to see some shoes, near the Cashier, one of the Sales associate came towards me and said in a very RUDE way NE MOŽE TU! NE MOŽE, NE MOŽE! And put some hangers to cover the cash area, as if I am somebody suspicious.

NIPOŠTO NARUČITI OD NJIH ONLINE. Paket u vrednosti preko 300e je predat ko zna kome, a reserved ništa ne radi po pitanju povraćaja novca niti rezolucije sa NJIHOVM kuriskom službom nego prebacuju da se ja kao njihov kupac moram prepisivati sa kuriskom službom koja nema razloga samnom da resi stvar. Tako da rešenja nema ni od reserved niti od Dexpress.
