Quiet and comfortable lounge to relax before your flight. Coffee was really good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food selection could be better, but it’s fine for a quick bite. It can get a bit crowded depending on the time, but overall it’s a pleasant place to wait. You can access the lounge with various premium cards like Visa Infinite, though rules and conditions vary by bank, so it’s smart to check in advance to avoid surprises.

Plastikbesteck… 2 warme Gerichte welche in Ordnung sind. Ansonsten Fertig-Burritos zum aufwärmen, Tomaten und Gurken und das wars. Die Sandwiches sind kaum essbar da sie voller Zucker sind. Couches sind bequem aber es hat fast keine Stecker

I think it is one of those lounges that still believes we are living in 1950s. Space ok but small in general. Food totally frozen. Especially the pie. And the the funniest thing ever. They do not serve more than three glasses of red fine. Well thank you. Good luck. Totally a bad experience. People are super rude as if they are aristocratic level. Shame !!!

Была в начале апреля. Все чисто, выбор еды обычный, но вкусный, были фрукты, салаты. Чай, кофе - все ок. Находилась с 7 часов утра, т.к.стыковка была более 6 часов.Успела увидеть Как сервируют и завтрак, и обед - все было чисто и постоянно добавляли продукты и фрукты. Персонал очень уважительно относились к посетителям. Некоторые спали на диванчиках, но когда посетителей стало увеличиваться, вежливо попросили встать, чтобы было место для других. Замечу, что туалеты очень чистые, а для меня это очень важно😉

Comfy lounge with good food and attentive staff. The only downside is that the lounge is not open 24 hours, so if you have an early flight it might be closed and unavailable for use.

Really nice place to rest while awaiting your flight. It is comfortable, you can get something nice to eat and drink. The place is clean, and has good wifi.

5 ⭐️ Staff ?⭐️ Management Dear lounge management, please do us and your wonderful staff a favour and stock up on red wine glasses as this has been a shortage for a very very long time now! What I don’t understand is that you are serving and “presenting” the most exquisite Serbian wines in a beer and white wine glasses due to the shortage. It’s heart breaking hearing the inappropriate guest’s comments. Please act immediately! Otherwise, classy food/drink selection. Some repainting should be done in a hallway (low end) but all in all great experience. Oh BTW, seat vinyl is badly worn along the long table seating and looks off…

2024年4月訪問。セルビア、ベオグラード。 プライオリティパスで入れる２つのラウンジの一つ。ここが開いていればここの方がおすすめ。きれいでフードも充実、清掃もかなり気を配っています。セルビアの料理もあり、普通の洋食もあるので助かります。 私が入った朝6:30は良かったのですが、ラウンジを出た後の7:20には満席の看板が出ていました。満席に近くなるとビジネスクラス以上の方を優先するようです。
