When completed, it was the tallest office building in Croatia until 2006 when the nearby Eurotower was built. It's a wide example of 70s modern architecture and is known for its marble siding and futuristic-looking shape. Once housed a Tesla car dealership on the ground floor. After nearly 50 years of existence, it would finally be time for a big renovation. Every time when I pass by this building, I could imagine it being covered in a heap of scaffolding with a tall crane hanging above it.
