Super Strand. In der Form am Festland zwischen Rijeka und Zadar der einzig wahre Strand. Ideal für Familien, auch mit kleinen Kindern. Gutes Angebot an Unterkünften in jeder Preisklasse. Leider, oder auch zum Glück, zu wenig Parkplätze in der Nähe zum Strand. Und, nach Einführung des Euros haben die Preise doch erheblich angezogen. Billig war es früher, heute schon deutlich teurer. Billiger als in Deutschland ist Benzin und Diesel. Trotzdem ist Jadranovo immer eine Reise wert. Zwei tolle Eisdielen direkt am Wasser, zwei Pizzerien und ein klasse Fischrestaurant erwarten euch am Strand. Ca. 1 Kilometer entfernt, gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, sind noch zwei weitere Restaurants mit guten Fleischgerichten. Ich wünsche euch jetzt schon mal einen tollen Urlaub.

Samo miasteczko Jadranovo jest urokliwe i spokojne, z pięknymi widokami i czystym morzem – typowe klimaty chorwackiego wybrzeża. Niestety, plaża rozczarowuje – głównie z powodu absurdalnych praktyk związanych z leżakami. Władze miasta lub zarządca plaży wprowadziły zaporową opłatę za leżak, a co gorsza – ustawiły rzędy leżaków tuż przy samej linii brzegowej, zajmując praktycznie całą przestrzeń przy wodzie. Nie ma mowy, żeby rozłożyć swój ręcznik przed leżakiem i odpocząć bliżej morza. Obsługa plaży natychmiast reaguje i przesuwa turystów, którzy nie wykupili leżaka, nawet jeśli tylko na chwilę położą się przy brzegu. To podejście skutecznie zniechęca do powrotu. Plaże powinny być dostępne dla wszystkich – a nie tylko dla tych, którzy chcą płacić za leżak. Przykry przykład komercjalizacji publicznej przestrzeni.
