Carefree Printing in Just 4 Steps
- Register or Sign In: Create a free user account either online or directly at any Printbox vending machine. Non-registered users can print anonymously.
- Upload Your Documents: Registered users can conveniently upload files via their online account, email, mobile app, USB, or scanner. Non-registered users can upload documents only from a USB drive.
- Buy Credits: Users can purchase credits at the vending machine using cash or NFC, or buy them online. Non-registered users cannot store credits, which have a validity of one year.
- Print Your Documents: Registered users print directly from their print queue. Non-registered users can print by selecting the non-registered option and inserting their USB drive.

Way too many steps to get it to print. You have to pay with credits which come in 4 different pricing rates depending on how much you want to buy. Pay by cash or mobile (NFC). Doesnt return money if you overpay with cash. We are struggling to get people to ditch cash and move to card payments but you just went one step ahead and added NFC and ditched card payments. Well done. And if you want to use any other method other than USB stick you have to register. As if everyone is going to be using this box to print their stuff next to regular shops where youre done in under 2 minutes without any hassle. Even waiting in line at a shop is nothing compared to this. In reality this is an emergency option and should be made simpler. Will probably use it once because I have no other option and forget about it. But thats on me for forgetting I had stuff to print and being too lazy to set up my NFC. Still you get 2 stars for PMO. Would get 1 star if I didnt consider this a lesson for myself.
