Vinarija VINUM is a winery rooted in passion, located in the beautiful region of Sremski Karlovci, known for its high-quality wines. Operating under the motto "Poštena adresa," our mission is to produce exceptional wines exclusively sourced from the Fruška Gora area and the surrounding Sremski Karlovci region. Our offerings include limited-edition wines that showcase the uniqueness of our terroir.
Our Wine Production
From our humble beginnings as a hobbyist venture, we have evolved into a fully operational winery dedicated to modernization and quality. Our production process is characterized by:

With 8 hectares of vineyards, we produce approximately 35,000 liters of wine each year, offering a diverse range that includes white, rosé, red, sweet dessert, and sparkling wines.

Our portfolio features:
- White wines: Grašac Beli, Grašac 26a, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay
- Rosé: One dry Rosé
- Red wines: Frankovka, young Pinot Noir (Pinole)
- Dessert wines: Aromatic sweet wines Bermet crveni and Bermet beli
- Sparkling wine: Our special label, Dina, is a source of pride for us
Visiting Us
We welcome guests at our winery who wish to sample our wines, accompanied by educational tours and presentations. Visitors can enjoy pairings of wine with small snacks, or we can arrange food parings over several courses for an enhanced experience.

We had a great mid-day wine-tasting experience with Gordana. We really enjoyed the wines, the food, and the conversation!! If we hadn’t had to catch the train back to Novi Sad, we would have stayed all day!

Dosao sam u vinariju da kupim vino i zatekao tamo vlasnika koji je sedeo sa troje prijatelja i nije hteo da mi proda vina jer nije hteo da se deranzira. Rekao mi je da dodjem za sat i da ce mi onda prodati.

Sırbistan’ın en çok ödül alan şarapevlerinden. Görseldeki tüm şarapları denedik. Ama özellikle en sağdaki iki tatlı şaraba ve Grasac 26a ya bayıldık. Zaten tatlı şarapları zamanında Titanik’te dahi servis edilmiş. (Bu şarapevininki değil ama bu Sırbistan’a özgü şaraptan) Grasac 26a da uluslararası pek çok ödül almış. Dolayısıyla bu üç şaraptan alarak yolumuza devam ettik. :) (bavulda kısıtlı yerimiz olmasaydı daha da alırdık.)

У ишчекивању новог Пино ноара, бесконачно се захваљујемо нашем домаћину Гордани која нас је провела кроз винарију, дала савршене препоруке и улепшала нам посету. Обавезно обићи. Младалачка љубав и тимски рад преточили су ову причу у боце неизмерног квалитета.

Плюсы: говорят у них вкусное Шардоне и Мерло. Минусы: мы не смогли проверить утверждение выше потому что: 1) Мы пришли в понедельник, а по понедельникам они не работают, хотя двери открыты. Нам сказали: "Приходите завтра" 2) Мы пришли на следующий день, но нам снова отказали в обслуживании и сказали, что к ним пришел некий инспектор. Вежливо попросили прийти на следующий день. 3) Мы пришли на следующий день и о чудо - они работали, но нам снова отказали: "С минуты на минуту мы ждем группу туристов и поэтому мы не можем дать вам попробовать и купить у нас вино, приходите через полтора часа". Мы пошли в другие винодельни рядом, а когда возвращались через 20 минут, к ним только приехала машина с группой. Кажется, что за 20 минут мы бы и продегустировать и купить успели, но, видимо, этой винодельне более интересны туристические группы, а одиночные жители Сербии им неинтересны. Больше мы сюда ни ногой, это просто неуважение. Одна звезда прибавлена за вежливость персонала.
