Ne znam odakle krenuti – hrana, vina ili usluga? Sve je bilo apsolutno savršeno. Svako jelo pažljivo je osmišljeno, lokalne namirnice pretvorene su u pravu kulinarsku čaroliju, a sparivanje s Bibich vinima podiglo je cijelo iskustvo na razinu visoke gastronomije. Svako vino ima karakter, priču i vrhunsku eleganciju, osobito Debit i Bas de Bas. Osoblje je nevjerojatno ljubazno, diskretno i stručno, cijela atmosfera topla i opuštena. Osjećaš se kao gost, ne kao klijent. Ovo nije samo posjet vinariji, već autentičan doživljaj Dalmacije kroz okuse i mirise. Apsolutna preporuka :)

Adored our afternoon here during our recent holiday in Croatia. The area itself is beautiful and peaceful, and a welcome break from some of the more crowded areas down the coast. We were recommended a visit by the sales associate at the Bibich shop in Zadar and are delighted that we were able to make the trip. Our server, Nikola, was attentive and knowledgable, and made perfect recommendations based on our suggestions. It was great to hear the history of the winery itself, and learn more about the native Croatian grape varieties which can be often overlooked or unknown in the rest of Europe. Everything we tasted was delicious and the scenery and atmosphere complemented it perfectly. To accompany the wine we had a platter of local cheeses and olive tapenade, made from olives grown in the winery grounds, which were also all outstanding. The care and attention put in to every detail here is clear and shines through in the quality of the wine, food, and service. We will definitely be back if we are in the country again.

The wine tasting was phenomenal. Bibich winery is really exceptional winery in the region. They are different in a good way and they do it really good. The beef tartare was really nice, but the apple strudel is the winner here. The best for sure that I’ve ate. The sommeliers did a great choice of wine pairing with the food.

To ni tipičen wine tasting. To je doživetje, ki ga že dolgo iščeva pri vinarjih. Kot gosta te spoznavajo, da te popolno peljejo skozi njihova vrhunska vina. Da o hrani, ki sva jo naročila poleg vin, ne zgubljam besed, ker to je šele višji nivo. Ambient je prekrasen, vse v detajle premišljeno, a hkrati ne pretirano in daje občutek popolne sproščenosti. Lahko bi sedela ure in ure in nikomur nisva bila odveč. Zelo priporočam vsem, splača se zapeljati 5 min iz avtoceste v ta prekrasen raj!
