We had an amazing stay at this villa Omis right by the sea. The location is unbeatable just steps from the beach, with breathtaking views of both the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding mountains. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Everything is modern, well-maintained, and fully equipped for a relaxing stay. We really appreciated the private parking, which is a big plus in this area. You can tell the hosts pay attention to every detail, from the decor to the cleanliness. It’s the perfect spot for families, couples, or anyone looking to unwind, enjoy nature, and still be close to the heart of villa Omis. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Sin duda me ha encantado venir aquí, no sabría con cual de los cuatro apartamentos quedarme, son cómodos, grandes, bonitos y tranquilos, las vistas son increíbles. La limpieza es absoluta y la dueña un encanto, siempre está pendiente de los huéspedes y disponible para ayudar en lo que necesites si fuera necesario. Todos los apartamentos están perfectamente amueblados, son amplios y tienen vistas excepcionales al mar adriático, además de terrazas amplias en las que poder disfrutar tranquilamente. Sin duda volveré a venir en más ocasiones ☺️

Villa Zoi has a breathtaking view that I could have gazed at forever. We spent just over two weeks there in June 2025. The Villa is perched on a steep hillside and every apartment has an uninterrupted view of the Adriatic Sea. The apartments are simply furnished with all the basics for a comfortable stay. The host is very friendly and fluent in multiple languages. She provided us with numerous recommendations for touring the countryside and discovering the local attractions. Conveniently located 10 mins drive out of Omis it was a great base to explore the Dalmatian Coast.

Spent 12 unforgettable days at Villa Zoi in April 2025 🌿☀️ The view from my room and balcony? Absolutely breathtaking — endless sea, the island of Brač, and the peaceful sounds of birds and the sea breeze. Mornings and evenings were pure magic. 🌅🐦 The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, making the stay even more special. I’ll never forget those 3-hour balcony dinners, sipping wine and watching the coastline stretch forever. 🥂🌊 Plus, the charming town of Omiš is just a short drive away — an absolute gem!
