Definitely worth a visit! Villa Nikandra in Split is a fantastic place to stay, thanks in large part to the incredible host, Tamara. From the first contact she was incredibly quick to respond and was available for absolutely anything we needed throughout our stay. Tamara really went out of her way to take care of me and my girls and she made us feel very safe and looked after. Her hospitality and helpfulness were a big part of making our trip to Split such a success. The house itself was exactly as pictured. so clean and everything was ready when we arrived I would highly recommend Villa Nikandra to anyone planning a trip to Split. With Tamara as your host you can be sure you will have a fantastic stay!

Stayed here with a group of 12 and it was absolutely perfect. The villa is stunning – modern, spotless and finished to a luxury standard. Every bedroom has an en-suite and TV, which was ideal for a big group. We loved the roof terrace for evening drinks and the games room downstairs was a great bonus - pool table, console, gym and even a sauna with an inbuilt speaker. The outdoor bar and pool area were spotless and had everything we needed. The location’s great too - shops nearby, only 15 minutes into the centre by taxi and a padel court and beach close by. Niksa and Tamara were amazing hosts - friendly, chatty and always available when we needed anything. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Hosts Nikša and Tamara were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always accessible when needed. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Had the most amazing stay here, perfect for a group/family holiday. The hosts were lovely and offered lots of recommendations. The villa is stunning, brand new with lots of modern features.Every room is stunning and has a TV and a on suite. The pool and bar area is spacious and clean with lots of facilities. The roof terrace is perfect for evening drinks. A short walk to a local shop and a 15 minute taxi to the centre. Would definitely stay here again and can't recommend enough.

I absolutely loved my stay at Villa Nikandra! It's perfect for a large group — spacious, modern, and in pristine, like-new condition. We had no trouble getting Ubers into the city centre, and there are several supermarkets within easy walking distance. The hosts were so helpful throughout the entirety of our stay and even left us a welcome platter of meats/cheeses and lovely bottle of wine. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!
