Water was extremely cold and everything was dirty beginning with the bathroom, bedroom sheets were dirty and full of beer cans, the temperature of the water was 8C which was not suitable for swimming, this is the first and the last time I came here

The owner took money in advance and didn't even bother to prepare the place for us. He had more than 48 hours before our arrival. When we arrived, he was still filling the pool. The water was so cold that we couldn't use it at all. The fridge was not working. The barbecue was covered in cooking grease, slime, beyond recognition. All around the pool, there were electric cables, and we had two little kids with us. The bathroom was hellish—urine stains all over the place and the smell… oh god, the smell… The rest of the house was covered in beer cans, bugs, and decomposing food. When confronted, he mumbled something about the guy who was supposed to clean the house and looked like he was on drugs. All in all, I recommend any future customer look for other accommodations far away from this guy. Thank you very much, sir, for ruining our much-needed day off. Edit: The owner contacted us after a few days and explained that he had some miscommunication with a cleaning crew. He offered us a free 24-hour rent as an apology for the last time, and indeed, this time, everything was in pristine condition. House was clean, and the pool was filled with warm water and no cables. It was a very enjoyable experience. Thank you very much.
