A great stay! The staff is so personable and helpful. I was warmly welcomed and got a very friendly helping hand during check out to help me out and find a car service. The breakfast is phenomenal, I had the best crepe I have ever had (get the lemon & sugar!). I highly recommend this spot, it was a great room in a perfect location.

Duje is spot on with every recommendation he told us to try out in Split. His enthusiasm and friendliness made our stay so memorable especially when he went out of his way to indicate places to visit on the map for us. The hotel is the other building from the actual reception but very accessible to the main Riva and the whole area. Fantastically clean rooms! Highly recommended!

This is a unique accommodation. The front desk service is very helpful, staffed by the people all of whom speak English. Breakfast is egg-forward, including sweet crepes. There are only a few rooms and no elevator (staff will carry luggage without being asked). We had a balcony, looking toward rooftops across the street (see cat-on-roof picture). Easy access to old town, long walks on beaches. Enjoy.
Nice and welcoming reseptionist. Really good breakfast (freshly made omelettes and pankakes) and nice and clean rooms. All in all a great place to stay.

Located very close to the city center, which was great. Rooms are comfortable, and the service is friendly and attentive. The dining room is where they served breakfast and could cook eggs and Croatian pancakes for you in addition to the buffet. Two things to note, there is no elevator and no kettle in the room, you can access the dining room to boil water/get coffee.
Very nice hotel with wonderful view. We were staying in the corner room with the old town view and sunset view. Amazing stay with everything well equipped. Nice coffee and coffee machine as well. Comfortable stay in split.

Staying at Royal Suites is the cherry on top of my stay in Split. The entire staff has been so warm, accommodating and helpful. The rooms are clean, cozy and cool (perfect AC in the summer heat) and the location is perfect. Toni, Antonio, Duje, and Marija have all been very welcoming and flexible with my needs (like earlier breakfast, laundry, checkin-checkout) and they’re all around just lovely people to get to know. They’ve made me feel so at home as someone who is traveling Croatia solo. Highly recommend staying here!

By far the best hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. You could tell they were excited to make our stay the best possible. I can’t say enough about how impressed we were!
Great hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is located close to the old city center. There guys run the hotel and provide 1st class service. They are personable and were able to recommend several great restaurants. Two mornings we were there, we had to leave for excursions before the breakfast room was open at 7am. On both occasions they had the cook pack us breakfast to go which were nicely wrapped for us to take. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and best service
Fabulous, comfortable stay in the Sky Suites, lovely views from our very well appointed room, excellent induction by Antonio, some excellent recommendations for places to visit. |Breakfast was delicious and the rates for the rooms were extremely good value for money. |Location was perfect for visiting the old city, the Diocletian Palace and for boat trips.

This B&B is beyond wonderful. Check in is easy and quick. Staff VERY friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Be sure to ask for Antonio. He is a wealth of information and really enhances your stay. We got caught in a downpour & our pants were very wet. Antonio rigged up a heater in the bathroom to dry out the clothes. He will make reservations for you at little restaurants, off the tourist routes. Maria is the cook for breakfast. She does very well. You must try the Croatian pancakes. Eggs cooked to order, no problem. She is cheerful and wants to please. The facility is in walking distance to all that you will want to see. Do not pay for a tour, talk to Antonio.
Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to make out stay enjoyable and perfect. It was my 2nd time to Split, 1st time staying at Royal Suites and I would highly recommend staying at Royal Suites. I celebrated my birthday there and they couldn't of make me feel more special.|Love your city & can't wait to return again to your hotel.
My husband and I had a wonderful week holiday in split in May 2025. ||The royal suites hotel made our journey unforgettable and relaxed.||Stuff Antonio and Tony were always ready to help and gave us all the information we needed for the stay.||Antonio was exceptional in conversation with him.feeling talking to an old friend.||We had spacious room with all the facilities and fridge in the room was really cool to keep beers nice for my husband.hhaa.and safe was available to use as well. ||Our room was cleaned daily ,which was never experienced before. And felt so fresh clean and relaxed when returning to the hotel after a long day out. ||Fresh breakfast was just like having breakfast at home. And free bottled water or refill your water in reception was sweet gesture and very thoughtful,and saved us time and hassle to buy it .||Strongly recommend the hotel to friend s and would like to go back again.

What a great find! The family who owns and operates this hotel are super friendly and helpful. While cozy in size, the room was very comfortable, including a balcony to enjoy morning coffee. Don’t miss the crepes for breakfast. The location is great. Quiet but an easy 3 minute walk the old town core.
Tony and Antonio were the perfect hosts. The room was spacious. The ensuite was as well.The accommodations location was perfect for me. It was near the train station the bus station the ferries the restaurant the sightseeing the open markets and also pharmacies.I cannot fault the room the location nor the superbly attentive lovely ladies in the breakfast room who made me probably the yummiest omelette I’ve had in a long time.Anyone travelling this accommodation is five star at probably what I would say a three star price Tony and Antonio are the best
