There is no possibility to get money back. You can get only coupon in value of 80% of your purchase which you need/can use only once. I mean to have such a rules is completely no sense. I ordered GoOpti almost two months in a front and I was not able to cancel it, I was but nothing in return. This is my last time that I will use your service. Br Amar

I had great experience. Driver pick us up at home and deliver us at airport Malpensa well before our flight so we had no rush to get boarded. Driver Matej was very nice and told us everything we need to know and make the long drive enjoyable. On way back we found another driver immediately and the ride back was nice even but it was in middle of biggest traffic.

Very professional, reliable and accommodating transfer service. Friends told us they had a great experience with them, so we booked Venice to Ljlublana. We boarded a very nice, new, clean van that was right on time. After 10 minutes, we realized we left our passports at the hotel. Driver took us back and the company arranged another transfer, this time by private car, that fit our revised schedule. Next driver also very courteous, professional, and safe driver. Car new and clean. Had we booked a bus or train, we would have been screwed! GOOPTI made the best of what could have been a disaster for us. And you can customize when they pick you up. I would choose GOOPTI again without hesitation.

First we agreed for a maximum 3 hours waiting time at the Venice airport and at the day of the ride it was 4 hours plus one extra transfer. Three and a half hour ride turned out to he 6- 8 hours long? Horrible. And if you cancel it you will never get your money back. This service is possibly OK for the people who have nothing else important to do and have plenty of extra time in their lives...

Got picked up by an Italian driver on Marco Polo airport (at a different spot than previously agreed), he spoke only Italian and the ride was a bit dangerous. We had to change the van near Trieste and wait for another one to take us to Ljubljana. The seats in the first van were terrible to sit on, our second ride was better, at least the driver spoke Slovene. Shame on you GoOpti!

planiran polazak bio u 21:15 krenuli smo u 22:00 zakasnili na zadnji bus za zagreb..Jos uz sve smo napomenuli prije kupnje karte da moramo biti u 22:00 na autobusnom kolodvoru jer nam bus ide u 22:25 i rekli su da ne brinemo da cemo stic. NISMO STIGLI! Sada cekamo 4 i pol sata da nam krene prvi bus za Zagreb. HVALA GOOPTI NIKAD VISE!!
