Terrible company, terrible experience! we left the airport in Dubrovnik and my husband went to look for a car to rent. while he was in Bingo car rental, I hid with two children in the shadow of the Bingo car rental office. the man who introduced himself as the owner of the business kicked us out with a scandal and screaming with the children into the sun. +31. it is clear that we did not rent a car from them and do not recommend it to anyone!

I had an excellent experience with Bingo Rent a Car at Dubrovnik Airport. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. I rented a Kia XCeed, which was in perfect condition—clean, reliable, and a pleasure to drive throughout my trip. Special thanks to Nikša, who handed over the car. He was incredibly friendly, efficient, and helpful, making the pickup process quick and easy. Also, a big shout-out to Josip, who received the car when I returned it. He was equally professional and courteous, making the drop-off just as seamless. Highly recommended service—I'll definitely rent from Bingo again the next time I'm in Dubrovnik.

Couldn’t say a bad word about them, we were let down by one of the bigger companies that we had a booking with and were advised to try these guys out. With a last minute booking there was no extortionate pricing and we had a car within half an hour. Handover of car was quick and easy, couldn’t recommend them enough!

À l’attention de mes compatriotes français : quand chez nous on parle de carte bleue, ou carte de crédit, on ne fait pas forcément de disingo crédit / débit. Or la plupart des loueurs ici ne prennent que la carte de crédit et refusent débit. Bingo non seulement prend votre moyen de paiement « no matter what » mais en plus se démène pour vous trouver une solution ainsi qu’à tous les autres touristes comme vous qui se sont faits avoir par ce système. Il vous donne aussi sa confiance (no deposit), à vous de lui rendre. Thanks guys

Wir hatten keine Kreditkarte und sind bei Bingo Rental gelandet, weil sie kein Deposit nehmen. Durch und durch war das die beste Entscheidung. Das Team war super freundlich, zuvorkommen und professionell. Es hat alles einwandfrei geklappt und dazu haben wir ein günstiges Angebot bekommen. Immer wieder gerne.

Davvero eccezionali. Non chiedono carte di credito, polizza completa di tutto. Ho passato la frontiera con bosnia- erzegovina senza problemi. Macchine ottime, del basso consumo. Tutto molto rapido,senza perdite di tempo o costi extra. Trasparenza e gentilezza. Consigliatissimo!

Bingo Rent made our holidays a great experience. Outstanding customer service and transparency. The only ones that allowed us to travel into Albania. No hidden fees nor deposit. And very good price for full insurance. While we waited a few hours for a bigger car to arrive, they provided another car so we could go have lunch nearby. Staff is very friendly, helpful and they were very understanding when we returned the car later than planned. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Really helpful, especially at a time when we were pressured to find somewhere to rent a car. They offered us plenty of benefits, gave us advice, clear instructions & recommendations, and were very sincere and honest. Also gave us extra leeway for returning the vehicle, which was comfortable, and cheap on gas consumption.

Très bonne expérience, le propriétaire nous a trouvé une voiture répondant à nos attentes en dernière minute alors que nous avions annulé notre réservation avec l'agence avis qui nous demandait une caution par carte de crédit. Pas de frais pour passage des frontières ni de caution et un véhicule propre et en très bon état pour un tarif très raisonnable. Je recommande ce loueur!

Needed a vehicle for a family holiday in Modici at Villa Nina. Contacted the family who ran the airbnb and they recommended Niksa and his team. We e-mailed Niksa and he sent us the prices and all the details, the good thing about Bingo is that there are no hidden extras, deposits or bonds required. Niksa had all our licence details e-mailed out to him prior to us landing and on our arrival, everything was good to go. He had prepared border crossing documentation in case we needed it, the children were catered for with child seats and booster seats of which he has a good selection at the office. They even assisted us with a member of staff helping to do a quick luggage shuttle across to Villa Nina which was only a 5 minute drive down the road towards Cavtat. A nearly new Vauxhall Crossland with only a few knocks which we were told to photograph / video which we did and the return was just as easy and painless. When you are looking at hire companies from the airport, Bingo is definitely our first choice as they were so helpful and transparent with everything. The vehicle came with 3/4 of a tank and we refilled at the INA petrol station by Srebreno towards Dubrovnik as we were using the Lidl for the shopping and the pump prices are a little bit more at the INA petrol station right outside the airport, as one would expect due to its location. Hola. Les comento que en está arrendadora de autos para empezar cuando te comunicas con ellos te contestan al instante, te informande lo más detallado posible, buena atención. Ya cuando estás en su oficina de entrega, te reciben con mucha alegría, con algunas palabras en mi idioma (castellano) algo que no me esperaba, el trato para la renta del auto es rapido con los seguros para auto completos y con la green card, para ir a otros países ya incluida en el precio que nos dieron, para mí es muy confiable la arrendadora, mucho mejor que varias internacionales, además es una agencia local, creo que es mejor por qué tratas con los dueños. Volvería a rentar con ellos. Los recomiendo ampliamente. El carro que nos dieron no falló para nada,

Magnífica experiencia hemos tenido con Bingo Rent, el vehículo funcionó perfectamente, sin cargos ocultos, los encargados muy atentos, cruzamos la frontera con Bosnia sin ningún problema o necesidad de documentación extra. La experiencia fue tan buena que rentamos el vehículo por 3 días adicionales a lo contemplado sin necesidad de acudir a la oficina, solo un mensaje de texto y listo. Recomiendo ampliamente.

Awesome. I mean awesome experience. Needed a bigger vehicle for 2 weeks (pick-up Dubrovnik / drop Ljubljana). They sorted out our car without reservation (our reservation was with Avis but didn't have car we needed). Super clean/new. Nick and his team took cafe of so many details (pick-up /drop off to Dubrovnik); toll sticker for Slovenia; arranged with Sixt for drop @ LJ airport (Bingo doesn't have store there). Best of all: Nick and Team always available (WhatsApp) for managing the details. I'm giving 5 starts because infinity doesn't exist. Bravo and thanks !!
