Shop Details
Our bike rental shop is located at Seliška cesta 4b, 4260 Bled, Slovenia. We are open from June to September, operating daily from 9 AM to 5 PM. Please note, that our opening hours may vary due to weather conditions, so it's advisable to check for updates or contact us before your visit. Our off-season from October to May means the shop will be closed, but we welcome your inquiries and bookings during this time.

We did a private cycling trip in Slovenia with Miha and his company. We had a fantastic time and are already thinking about coming back. Miha was a great guide and went out of his way to re arrange some things for us when we were hit with bad weather.

Absolutely amazing service, very recommended. My father and I rented E bikes here for bike touring during the off season (and they stayed open just for us), and they went out of their way to help us find all the parts and things we needed before the ride. And then when we had a bike breakdown- they drove over to help repair the bike. One of the best service experiences i've ever had with any company, they are extremely friendly, sociable, and eager to make sure your bike journey in the beautiful Lake Bled area is perfect. Rent your bikes here when you are in Slovenia! Highly recommend doing the Alpe Adria trail too!

This seems like a place focused on mid to long term rentals rather than short. Went around 3pm and only wanted a bike for an hour or so. They had run out of normal bikes and only had electric available. Furthermore, the employee said he would have to charge us the full day rate, not half day, for no apparent reason. Very strange - I can understand if you're out of bikes because it's a popular activity, but instead of offering us a lower rate for the more expensive electric bike when we wanted a cheaper bike and for less time, to try and ask us to pay the full day rate was baffling. Update: Half days ARE offered on some bikes, I can see it in the old photos. My point is it's not particularly customer friendly to say "we don't have the cheaper bikes left, you can have a more expensive bike but we're going to charge you for double the time". My complaint has nothing to do with not getting an hourly rate, it's the offer of full day rate or nothing at 3pm, when half day rates are clearly available.

We recently went on a gravel tour with Miha and team starting from Bled and these guys are amazing, from providing routes, bikes, repairs and parts. Highly recommended and will definitely be going back.

We rented 4 bikes for a just under a week and I highly recommend Polka Dot. The bikes were delivered to our hotel and also collected at the end of our booking. This was really appreciated as we had travelled to Bled via train.The bikes were superb and communication and customer care was exceptional. Polka Dot Cycling is a gem. I felt very lucky to have found them. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Great experience, caring attitude for finding the right bikes for every one (we were 2 adults and 2 children). Bikes are thoroughly washed every day, and are in very good maintenance condition.

One bike of two was in very bad condition. Battery was empty very soon... Tires and brakes were also very ridden.

Polka Dot were amazingly easy to deal with, delivered our carbon road bikes right to our hotel (with Shimano road SPD pedals pre installed!), offered excellent routes and in general were fantastically flexible and hospitable. I cannot rate them more highly!
