The reviews of Bespoke Croatia and Karlo speak for themselves! What more can I say other than to echo what others have said. To start with, Karlo’s communication via email prior to our tour was prompt, polite and very helpful. We took a full-day tour from Split to Plitvice Lakes, so Karlo drove from his base in Zagreb the night before, then very happily picked us up bright and early at 6 am so we could make it to the national park early enough to avoid most of the crowds. And wow, he really knew all the tips and tricks for avoiding the crowds! I was so happy I chose not to tour the lakes independently, as I’m certain the experience wouldn’t have been anywhere near as successful or enjoyable. We had a truly wonderful day, and we definitely had Karlo to thank for that! He was so thoughtful and considerate, provided us with snacks and a delicious picnic lunch, and happily took many, wonderful photos for us! We had such a great day, not only of course due to the beauty of Plitvice, but we also loved meeting and getting to know Karlo. I only wish we had the opportunity to enjoy further tours with him, but hopefully we will return and have the chance again!

For our Zagreb weekend with a group of 21, Karlo did an amazing job and this is why I can't recommend Karlo and his services enough. From the smooth and professional organisation including shuttles, private walking tour in Zagreb and restaurant reservations to the super efficient and friendly communication prior/ during/ after our trip to his insider tips and recommendations about Zagreb. I spent three days with Karlo, from Bespoke Croatia, and he was excellent. I couldn’t have asked for a friendlier, more knowledgeable tour guide. Each trip was perfectly catered to my physical abilities and preferences. We visited Ljubljana and Bled, Plitvice Lakes and Rastoke, and did a food tour of Zagreb. The food was simply delicious and I enjoyed every minute of all three days. When I return to Croatia, I will not hesitate to hire him again.
