Brilliant views of the whole Ljubljana from top of the skyscraper. Just get the lift to level 12 (Cafe), no fees. You can order from a wide range of teas & coffees, cocktails or non-alcoholic drinks. Could be hard to find a good seat during peak hours as everyone wants to sit by the glass balustrade.

Nous avons bu un coup dans le bar en haut de cette immeuble. Service super et vu incroyable de la haut. Sa serai dommage de ne pas y aller dans un séjour à Ljubljana.

Perfect view and good cocktails! However, the place is not very well maintained. The glass is quite dirty, which ruins a bit the view. The place could have been cleaner.

Unfriendly staff, they don’t bother about you being there at all. You need to get their attention yourself and they act like giving you a favour. They only had cakes and 2 types of sandwiches, the rest - drinks only and at a higher price than other places. The only nice part is that you can view the castle from the far there.
