If I could gave 0 stars, I will. They work time is managed by the mood of the manager. Staff is not speaking English on reasonable level. Probably view isn't worth the time that you invest in trying to communicate with them.

Great spot to enjoy the city of Ljubljana from above! A little hidden gem. So get up here (free entry), enjoy a Cappuccino (great Illy Coffee) and have a glimpse on the beautiful mountains (and the Castle of course). Prices are fair, crowd is a bit younger. No entrance fee, elevator brings you up to the Café.

Came here to chill and have a cocktail. It’s free to enter, just take the lift up to the 12th floor or we took it to the 11th and walked up a set of spiral stairs. The place does all the well known cocktails and the ambiance was cute. Staff was friendly and toilets are clean. Deffo recommend even if just for the view!!

Location spettacolare, dalla quale si può apprezzare la bellezza di tutta la città. Per i più coraggiosi c’è la terrazza ma per chi soffre il vento e il freddo c’è la possibilità di godere il panorama anche dall’interno. Cappuccino buono e non troppo caro considerata la location.

Zentral in Ljubljana. Netter Service. Leckerer Gibanica und Cappuccino. Die Preise sind angemessen. Bei schönem Wetter eine super Aussicht von der Rundum-Terrasse auf alle Richtungen der Stadt. Klare Empfehlung. Mit dem Aufzug bequem zu erreichen.
