Bar 12 godina koristim Samsung telefone. Nikad nisam imao probleme. Danas mi je trebala pomoć oko odjavljivanja starog i prijavljivanja novog Samsung telefona na Samsung account. Usao sam u prodavnicu i pitao mogu li da dobijem savet ili pomoć. Jedini prodavac, dečko, digao je obe ruke sa dlanovina prema meni, kao da odbija sve: mi smo maloprodaja, nista ne mogu. Idite u servis! Dao mi je broj telefona nekog servisa na koji se ceo niko njje javljao. Ja mislim da je to sramota za Samsung distributera.
