So far my experiences with Decathlon services were impecable. But not with this one. I was traveling from Czechia to Macedonia and was in desperate need of servicing a broken wheel on a bike. Staff told me that they cannot fix it, which would not be a problem, but they were really arrogant, barely looked at me and when I asked them what to do, they sent me to a bike shop 150 km south, telling me that's my only option. Luckily there was another bike service open (it was Sunday) 5 km away that did the job. But this was a really bad experience for me in otherwise really good services.
