Suddenly a warning light appeared when driving through beautiful Dalmatia, so we decided to get it checked. Entering the office we were greeted friendly and helped within minutes. Staff is incredible there, friendly and supportive, foremost the guy who helped us. He was fluent in (as far as we noticed) three languages, checked the mistake protocol, erased it and advised us how to deal with the problem if it occured again (which it did), moreover he assured us that we could continue our journey. Nicht zu empfehlen, war da mit meinem Jeep jku, hatte einen Fehler im Turbosystem mit reduzierter Leistung. Der Service Chef hat Nicht mal eine Fehlerdiagnose gemacht und mich auf dem Hof stehen lassen." Ich habe keine freien Mitarbeiter, sie müssen sich anderweitig kümmern" hat sich umgedreht und ist weg gegangen. Unterirdisch. Am Ende war ein ladeluftschlauch geplatzt und eine kleine Wald und Wiesen Werkstatt konnte mir innerhalb von 2 Tagen helfen. Wenn ichs ohne Stern vergeben könnte, dann wäre das richtiger.
Die Antwort vom Besitzer kann ich so nicht akzeptieren. Ich habe die Diagnose online mit meiner Werkstatt in Deutschland gemacht. Nach ca. 30 Minuten war der Fehler lokalisiert und Lösungsvorschlag geschickt. Das Ersatzteil hat dann die andere Werkstatt besorgt und war dann in 20 min eingebaut. Das hätte ich mir von einer Jeep Werkstatt auch erwartet. Ein minimum an Hilfe!

Interesting answer from the JEEP dealer which I would like to comment on. I was there that day and know the entire story. We were driving off-road in Bosnia-Herzegovina and Montenegro with two JEEP Wrangler JKUs and towards the end of the tour in Montenegro my friend experienced a massive loss of power (approx. 50%) and the MIL came on. We searched for the nearest JEEP workshop on Google and went straight to Auto Mall Split. On the drive to Split my friend had called his JEEP partner in Germany who told him that the problem was probably with the turbo hose or the waist gate. The drive to Split was very strenuous; with 50% power the Wrangler Max managed 70 km/h uphill and the fear of breaking down on the motorway was ever-present. After we arrived at Auto Mall Split we had to wait for the responsible employee. My friend then described the problem in detail and showed him screenshots of the engine diagnosis via OBD diagnostics on the mobile app. He also told him about the remote diagnosis from the German JEEP partner. We were immediately dismissed in the parking lot with the statement that he didn't have time and that the next appointment would be in July! My friend's JEEP Wrangler never came to the workshop, nor was a fault diagnosis performed. We hadn't come to Auto Mall Split for a service appointment; my friend's JEEP Wrangler JKU had a real problem. All I can think of about this treatment from Auto Mall Split is unfriendly, unwilling, and arrogant. Perhaps JEEP should find more competent service partners—you can't sell high-priced vehicles like that! We then drove on to Seline and visited a real back-alley workshop, which quickly identified the problem and procured a new turbo hose overnight. It was installed the next day, and our tour could continue. So this service still exists, but JEEP seems to have a problem with it – especially with service partners like Auto Mall Split!

Kupovali smo auto i u salonu nas je vrlo gostoljubivo primio Joško. Zapravo smo laici , a na naša pitanja on je odgovarao vrlo ljubazno i stručno. Uputio nas je u različite opcije , strpljivo slušao naše upite i davao dodatna pojašnjenje. Imali smo i neke zamolbe, a on ih je sve odradio i izašao nam u susret.
