Iconic landmark which used to be the headquarters of a popular newspaper publisher in Croatia, but now it's abandoned and has been neglected for years. The windows are old and falling apart. It was built in 1972 and is nicknamed the "chocolate skyscraper" due to it's ugly brown windows. We have been waiting for years for it to be renovated, but still no work has started.
