If you can't find it here, Celje probably doesn't have it. This mall is large, impressively decked out for Christmas, and there are lots of intriguing little shops and cafes, as well as a couple of large supermarkets like Spar and Tuš. Plenty of toilets and they are accessible for disabled folks. The bad news: the mall is not just one big building but a cluster of buildings, getting between them is a bit of a hassle and the layout us confusing and rather tiresome. I knocked off two stars for this. Still, this us the place I'd go to get my e-photo for a residence permit, or a haircut. They offer rapid testing for covid.
