المكان جميل، والخدمة كانت جيدة وتعامل الموظفين محترم. لكن التجربة كانت مخيبة للآمال بسبب قلة خيارات الشاي وعدم التنوع. لا يرتقي تمامًا لمستوى صالة في فندق خمس نجوم. The place looks nice, and the service was good and polite. However, the experience was still disappointing due to the very limited tea options and lack of variety. Not fully up to the level expected from a 5-star hotel lounge.

Owners must increase the staff. I stayed several days in the hotel and very often its just no waiters in the restaurant, like literally if you need tissues or water or bill, you have to wait for someone just to appear
