I have a hard time understanding both the hype and the Michelin star. I’m not a big guy but the size of the portions made me leave hungry even after having a six course dinner here. The waiter was very attentive and nice which is a plus. Also the menus offers many fun dishes like pig brain. Unfortunately about half of the dishes are great… some were just a bit plain. If you have no problem spending 80 € per person on a fun albeit decent dinner I’d say it’s worth a visit but if not I’d advise you to spend that money elsewhere in Ljubljana considering it’s a city with many great restaurants.

Teden restavracij. Hrana OK, razočarana pa nad postrežbo, zato več kot toliko zvezdic ne morem dati. Da naštejem nekaj stvari: 1. Mize so preblizu (neprijeten občutek, ko si skoraj deliš večerjo z neznancem). Vse mize niso bile zasedene, tako da bi verjetno lahko vsaj eno odstranili, da se naredi večji razmak med preostalimi? 2. Cel večer imaš isti pribor (npr. isto vilico in nož, s katerim režeš divjačino, uporabiš potem tudi za sladico). 3. Naročiš vinsko spremljavo in želi natakar natočiti vino v kozarec, v katerem je še malo prejšnjega vina. Ob opozorilu prinese nov kozarec s komentarjem "če želite". 4. Glede na to, da sediš tako blizu z drugo mizo, opaziš tudi krožnike: ista jed je bila postrežena na (med mizami) različnih krožnikih. Tudi račun smo med mizami prejeli različno (eni v škatlicah, eni v lončkih, drugi direktno na mizo).

Just love the choice of wines, the sommelier was able to combine the wines perfectly to the dishes served. Speaking about the dishes, wow, they were phenomenal! On spot presentation, wel explained and of course a treat for your appetite.

Amazing dinner! Four of us did the six course menu and were blown away by the quality of the food. Everything was beautifully presented, delicious and interesting. We had a couple of bottles of excellent wine recommended for us too. The whole experience was truly memorable. How often do you hug your waiter at the end of the meal? It really was that good. Highly highly recommended!
