Dear Team, From VIP PAX HOLIDAYS im not getting any solution on my below email so that i am sending this to you on google reviews so at least can get the revert on refunds I am writing to you regarding a transfer scheduled for July 21, 2025, at 04:30h, from Le Méridien Nice to Nice Airport for two passengers, flight number EJU1631, departing at 06:25h. Unfortunately, the driver did not arrive to pick up the guests. They waited for 20 minutes and received no response from your team, forcing them to take a local taxi to the airport. They nearly missed their flight due to this delay. No driver details we have received to the register email or phone number even after requesting multiple times on email and calls. We have been receiving similar complaints about recent transfers, and the lack of response from your team has become a serious concern. The guests are now requesting a refund for the transfer and compensation for the local taxi charges. We urge you to take serious action to address these issues, as the unresponsiveness from your team on calls is unacceptable.

Don’t recommend at all - the transfer from Split airport was delayed for more than 1 hour, no call, no sms from driver - when I called it was explanation that driver is in huge traffic (while it was no traffic jams on Google destination around airport to any sides, also confirmed by the driver who finally arrived in 1hour), on my request to give another car, I have been told it’s not possible. In 30 min of waiting that told that another driver will come in 12 minutes, finally the driver arrived in 30 min. We paid for premium car, while economy sedan arrived, with damaged door. Manager on phone wasn’t nice at all taking into account the circumstances. Service and situation are unacceptable.

Service inexistant. Arrivée à l'aéroport ni voiture ni chauffeur. Après les avoir appeler on m'a annoncé que le chauffeur peut être là dans 1 heures !! Incroyable mais vrai. Absolument lamentable et tout ça pour plus de 80€ ! Un conseil : fuyez

Never ever use this provider, they are just a bunch of thieves. They take your money and provide no service. I have been in touch with Nora at their customer service department with lengthy emails. I have provided screen shots of my booking reservation, I have provided transcripts of Mt WhatsApp chats, where I was promised a full refund and despite ALL of my EVIDENCE of my payment and lack of service, they have simply refused to refund me other than a token of 25% of my next trip which I will never be able to make use of. This service is a SCAM !! Use them at your own risk. You will pay and no taxi will arrive.

Extremely disappointing service. I did not get any confirmation for the transfer. Neither did I get a timely response to my follow up emails, so I had to make other arrangements. No proper remedies or solution, money lost, totally not recommended.

SCAAAAAAAAMMMMMM /ESTAAAAAAFAAAAAAAA Creo que ha sido una de los peores engaños que he sufrido. El sitio web parece muy bien y amigable, el seguimiento antes del pago es increíble, pero una vez que pagué fue como que desaparecieron, en el aeropuerto espere casi 50 min a que llegaran y no lo hicieron, me dieron un supuesto numero del conductor y JAMAS contestó. Escribí un correo exigiendo la devolución de mi pago y al parecer la empresa no existe porque no contesta mis correo. Al final una ESTAFA en todo su esplendor. TENGAN CUIDADOOOOOOO

Je déconseille cette société,j ai réservé un transfert au départ de Rhodes,suite à un problème de connexion internet je me suis aperçu que j'avais été débité 2 fois du montant pour la même course du même endroit et pour le même trajet je me suis débrouillé par l'intermédiaire du chauffeur qui n'est en rien responsable de cet incident je tiens à le préciser de me mettre en contact avec "connecto" je signale que le jour avant mon transfert j'avais envoyé un mail pour prévenir que j'avais été débité 2 fois la même somme et j'ai eu comme réponse de connecto qu il ne pouvait rien faire ,qu il était trop tard ! Donc conclusion c'est mieux de traiter avec des locaux plutôt qu une société qui est basée à Londres. Commercialement parlant,ils n'ont fait aucun geste pour me rembourser le trop perçu !
