Bedienung maximal unfreundlich und absolut nicht hilfsbereit. Im Gegenteil, als wir versucht haben und freundlich irgendwie auf Englisch zu reden, wurden sie noch patziger und hatten wirklich eine 0 Bock Einstellung.

Große Auswahl, viele deutsche Produkte, ausreichend Parkplätze und relativ gepflegt. Personal unhöflich. Tauscht Produkte einfach aus, die nicht gescannt werden können. Man hat also selbst nicht die Entscheidung welche Packung man möchte. Nervig.

.We bought some baguettes and were charged for 312 of them. Apparently, they have these kinds of issues at the self-checkout all the time. At that moment, we didn’t know how much we were actually supposed to pay, so we just paid it. It was only afterwards that we discovered the problem. They weren’t able to refund us the money and instead gave us a coupon with credit as compensation for our baguette purchase. The problem was that we used the coupon once, but the second time they refused to accept it. The coupon was in the form of credit that was deducted based on the value of the purchase. After two hours of waiting and phone calls with the regional manager, one kind cashier finally managed to refund all our money. We're never going back there again. Of course, part of it was our fault too, but the biggest issue was that no one spoke English, so communication was absolutely impossible.
