Место с плохим обслуживанием и очень странным персоналом, который распускает сплетни про своих посетителей вместо того, чтобы выполнять свою работу. Не рекомендую к посещению.

Была очень неприятно удивлена, узнав, что персонал спортзала с клиентами обсуждает других клиентов и распространяет о них оскорбительную клевету и сплетни. Абсолютно нулевой сервис и хамское поведение. Отдельно скажу про состояние спа: шкафчики отваливаются, соляную комнату включили только по нашей просьбе, а так она была холодной.

We chose to spend our final day in Belgrade at this wellness and spa, indulging in the ‘Stress Relief’ massage, and it was the perfect decision. The space is clean, inviting, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you’d expect. However, what truly made the experience unforgettable were the exceptional massages provided by Aleksandra Saska and Bojana. These two professionals are not only kind and welcoming but also incredibly skilled at their craft - arguably the best massage therapists we’ve ever encountered. It is worth coming back just for the two of them - thank you!

Generalno dobro opremljen i nov spa centar ali svaki put kad sam bila nešto nije radilo. Poslednji put nije bilo tople vode u svlačionici.
