-EN- We stayed there in 2022. The apartment is located in a multi-story residential building and is almost impossible to find. It’s actually one large apartment divided into several rooms. The parking is public, located between high-rise buildings on a vacant lot — in the evening, it’s nearly impossible to find a spot. The room looks very nice in the photos, but in reality, there were ants inside, worn-out furniture, and a sagging sofa. Breakfast is the same every day, and the food is far from fresh. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the beach, with lots of uphill and downhill sections. On booking.com, there are only positive reviews — don’t believe them!!! If you’re considering this place for your vacation — avoid it. Don’t make the same mistake we did and ruin your holiday. -PL- Byliśmy tam w 2022 roku. Apartament znajduje się w bloku mieszkalnym i jest prawie niemożliwy do znalezienia. To jedno duże mieszkanie podzielone na kilka pokoi. Parking jest publiczny, między blokami, na pustym placu – wieczorem bardzo trudno znaleźć miejsce. Pokój na zdjęciach wygląda bardzo ładnie, ale w rzeczywistości były mrówki, zużyte meble i zapadnięta kanapa. Śniadanie codziennie takie samo, a produkty zdecydowanie nie pierwszej świeżości. Na plażę pieszo idzie się około 30 minut, z wieloma podejściami i zejściami. Na booking.com są tylko pozytywne opinie – nie wierzcie im!!! Jeśli rozważacie ten nocleg na wakacje – omijajcie szerokim łukiem. Nie popełniajcie naszego błędu i nie psujcie sobie urlopu.

The location is terrible for anyone wanting to enjoy Split. The neighborhood is far from the port and Old Town, run-down, and the building reflects that: dirty walls in the entrance hall and a strong cigarette smell – very unpleasant, especially for non-smokers like myself. Access to the apartment requires three different codes, making the self check-in unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. Inside, the apartment is clean and slightly modern, with a comfortable bed, a good shower, and efficient air conditioning. But it lacks basic essentials: the minibar is tiny (barely fits a wine bottle), and there are no kitchen utensils, not even wine glasses or a corkscrew – we had to buy one ourselves. I requested a wine glass and was completely ignored. In short, it’s only suitable for sleeping. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Plusy: nowoczesny pokój, duża łazienka, duże i wygodne łóżko, klimatyzacja Minusy: Słaba lokalizacja - daleko od centrum Pokój na 2 piętrze, także nie polecam z dziećmi - wnoszenie wózka po tych schodach to masakra 🫣 Ciężko znaleźć to miejsce, my byliśmy o 10.00 i gdyby nie pomoc miejscowych to byłby problem z dotarciem... Ogólnie sam pokój na duzy plus, natomiast lokalizacja dużo odejmuje.
