If I had only read the Google reviews beforehand, I would have never ordered from this site. Avoid them if you want to spare yourself the stress. Extremely disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order with the promise that the item would be delivered within 2 to 5 business days. That timeframe has passed, and the package never arrived—no one knows where it is. The tracking number is invalid and cannot be found on the Milšped courier website, which is completely unreachable for any kind of support. I contacted Big Bang’s customer service, but they were also unable to locate the package. I was never informed about the delay, nor was I offered any kind of solution—completely unprofessional. In the end, I had to demand a contract cancellation and a refund.
