How It Works
Our rental process is simple and user-friendly:
- Select your location: Choose from one of our easily accessible rental stations.
- Choose quantity & duration: Decide how many boards you want and for how long.
- Pay online: Complete the payment and receive your access code via SMS to unlock your gear.
A pre-authorized €30 deposit will be held (not charged) and released upon the confirmation of your equipment return.
During the Rental Period
While enjoying your paddling experience, please remember to:
- Lock your equipment when not in use
- Never leave it unattended or unlocked in the rack
Returning Your Equipment
To properly return your SUP:
- Place the equipment back in the same slot where you found it and securely close the lock.
- Send us a photo of the returned board via WhatsApp to complete the process and release your deposit.
