I often come to the city for work and stay in the hotel across the street. My colleagues and I love coming here for dinner. Over time, I've always found the staff helpful and the food delicious. Unfortunately, everything changed this evening! As usual, we arrived later than usual (it was about 9 p.m.) and asked to sit down. We were told there were no seats available. There was a table still to be cleared, and they told us that it was also reserved. Inside, I counted four free tables already set up, plus the one still to be cleared. We asked to sit on the veranda, and they told us there was no free space. But there were several free tables. Given the time, they were definitely not all taken. Tomorrow, I'll talk to my colleagues about it, since at this point, we won't be eating there anymore, to avoid making a bad impression on the customers we've always brought there. Evidently, we're no longer welcome!

Hier wird Qualität, Preis-Leistung und besonders Service groß geschrieben. Vielen Dank an unseren Kellner, der uns so sympathisch und zuvorkommend bedient hat. Er hat uns unter Anderem Weine vorgeschlagen und Empfehlungen genannt. So einen Service findet man normalerweise nur in Top Sterne-Restaurants. Eine klare Empfehlung!! 😊
