The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating considering I dont speak Serbian well and the location is amazing but the colouring was a mess. after dicussing the goal, the stylist showed me the picture I will attach here and we decided to do that. i insisted i want a sort of balayage so i wont have to dye my roots constantly. However i got something that had nothing to do with the picture and my roots were dyed ORANGE. After the first wash the hair looked fried and they didnt offer me a refund even if my hair is destroyed and I had to dye it an ugly brown colour to hide the mess. Destroyed my self esteem and trust in hairdressers completely. They also posted it on instagram even after all this.

Oh this is a true place where you feel like at home with your friends! I loved that! I came by in the evening to book an appointment, and then came in the early morning for hair styling. I felt like I was the dearest guest and friend. Emina did a great job and we talked a lot! She's not only a wonderful master, but also a wonderful person. Would love to come back once! Definitely recommend!

Best salon in Belgrade! They have an easy online scheduling system and friendly staff who are willing to be creative with you. Mimi is especially great for English speakers and for those who want a stylist with international experience.
