TISI – short for (not sure) Texas, Indonesia, Spain, and Ireland – is an ambitious attempt at fusing these four cuisines into a single menu. The food is good, unusual, and definitely takes some time to get used to, as the flavor combinations are not typical. The wine and cocktail lists feel a bit pretentious and don’t quite align with the food concept, as if they’re moving in different directions. The location is excellent – the terrace offers a beautiful view of the river. The indoor section, being part of a shopping mall, is functional but lacks character. It’s clear that a lot of thought and effort went into building something different, and concepts like this deserve a chance to evolve. Instead of being dismissive, it's worth supporting bold ideas like this one – go, try it, and form your own opinion.

Such a beautiful restaurant! Beautiful space, decor, setting, ambiance… I went during the day and assume it looks even more attractive at night with all the lights on… We sat outside during the day in the shade… waiters were nice and friendly, warm welcome. The salad meals were honestly amazing! So delicious!😋 we really enjoyed our meals. Definitely recommend and I will be going back again. Thank you!

The most digusting Tom Yam soup I had in my life. Smelled like dog food and rancid shrimp. The staff also put their stuff on our table while we were “eating” and I had to tell them to leave us alone. What a misearble experience. If you care about people you’re taking out to lunch/dinner or frankly if you care at least about your own sensory and mental well being - avoid this place at all cost.

Cocktails- Creative and perfectly balanced. But what truly sets this place apart is the service. The food here is subpar. We had croquettes and seafood paella. The sauce for croquettes had the rancid taste, but the waiter said that according to the cook, the sauce is fine and it's probably truffel taste. I'm not sure, I think it is a taste of spoiled proscutto, but I can be wrong ofc. The paella was ok, but it can't compete to the original Spanish paella. On the other hand, service here is really good, above average. So, the value to price ratio here is quite bad (atm prices are about 25% higher than on photos in Google).
