We were very pleased with our visit in Konoba Zbondini. It’s a quiet and old tavern outside city. Our food was magnificent. We took pasta with beef and truffle sauce (good meat, pasta - tasted like it was handmade, although I couldn’t taste any truffles inside) and delicious fish fillet with grilled vegetables and potatoes. For pasta it was between 22-25 euros and fish 24 euros. You can pay by card. We strongly recommend to come here if you have a car.

Sve same pohvale za konobu i obitelj koja vodi ovaj restoran već godinama. Osjeti se da je hrana domaća, sve što smo probali je jako ukusno, a usluga je fenomenalna. Hvala kćeri vlasnika koja nas je dovela u Velo Grablje i vlasniku koji nas je kasnije odbacio iz konobe do stanice kako bismo stigle na bus. Svaka čast i sretno dalje u poslu! :)

Ein echtes kulinarisches Highlight! Das gegrillte Lamm war hervorragend – zart, saftig und perfekt gewürzt. Die Nachspeisen waren ein Traum, besonders der Feigenkuchen und der Lavendel-Cheescake. Das Service war außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Domace pripremljena hrana, ukusno, zdravo, raznovrsno. Hrana pripremljena pred nama, nakon narudzbe, po domace. Jako ukusno! Ambijent predivan, osoblje pristupacno i ugodno, sve preporuke. Usred mjestasca, na mirnom mjestu, top pogled i ugodjaj. Sigurno cemo se vratiti.

Such a special find, away from the busy tourist restaurants in Hvar town. A family run restaurant, with delicious food cooked on the open fire. We emailed them to reserve a table, and they were very efficient emailing back. If you want a peka dish, you have to order that a day in advance, so we couldn't have that. However the grilled chicken, grilled calamari and the meat skewer were all amazing. The lavender cheesecake was super Highly recommend the drive up to this traditional, less touristy village.

We stopped for a quick drink and a dessert and we loved this place! Very attentive staff, quaint atmosphere and superb views of the surrounding hills and unesco dry-walls.

While riding bikes for many miles in the scorching heat, we found this beautiful gem up in the mountains. We stopped to rest but my son wanted food so we got pasta with meat and truffles, orange juice, tomato & mozzarella salad, etc. Everything was delicious and while we sat outside, the indoor section was cozy , rustic & beautiful. There was an outdoor rock bbq where some of the food was cooked. Highly recommended gem!!

Quaint little place up in the mountains. We had the meat skewer for 2 and could have fed a small village. Food was incredible, quite possibly the best I’ve ever had.

We had a great dinner and it is a very romantic place in Velo Grablje. Also dessert is amazing!
