We went up here just to grab a quick drink as we were staying in the hotel and thought it would be nice to check it out. What we walked into was not a pleasant experience at all from the moment we got there the 2 young girls working there just made us feel unwelcome and were giving us weird looks then we told them we just wanted to have a drink so they brought us to a table. As we’re waiting and waiting thinking someone is going to come up to us and ask us what we want as it’s table service no one came in about 15-20 minutes so we just got up and left. Very disappointing and the girls that work there need a reality check on customer service especially when it’s meant to be a more exclusive venue

Smetalo nam je smetalo što se u Sky restoranu naplaćuje kruh sa maslacom koji nismo naručili. rekli smo da nismo naručili da je greška, konobar odnese i vraća se opet sa tim kruhom i kaže da nije greška. mislili smo da je to onda nešto od kuće, na kraju na računu se naplaćuje i to. obratio sam se konobaru u vezi toga ali kaže da je to tako od početka. nisam htio se svađati pa sam platio. To je ono što ljude smeta i vrijeđa, zato nam je raspoloženje palo i pokvarilo večer. I me radi se o novcu već o principu. Sve što smo večerali je bilo odlično.

While the food is average at best, the wait staff and bartenders are consistently excellent—attentive, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately, the experience is consistently undermined by the hosting staff, whose approach has been off-putting on multiple visits. On my first visit, I was allowed to sit at the bar without a reservation. However, despite the restaurant being nearly empty, the hosts made a scene when we attempted to move to a table with drinks. I was dressed appropriately for summer—khaki shorts, polo shirt, and black shoes. During my second visit, I was asked to change the same black shoes I had worn the night before without issue. Additionally, my guest and I—being the only customers in the restaurant—were told we needed a reservation and asked to come back 30 minutes later. It felt arbitrary and unnecessary given the complete lack of other patrons. On my third and final visit, I was denied entry entirely due to wearing khaki shorts. Ironically, the person entering ahead of me was admitted wearing sandals. I completely understand and respect the need for dress codes, but consistent and reasonable enforcement is key. Sadly, this inconsistent, overly rigid, and frankly pretentious approach by the hosts leaves a poor impression and explains the venue’s persistent emptiness. Regrettably, I won’t be returning.

Food excellent. Atmosphere excellent. Service by waiter was atrocious. It was a Sunday night. I was not asked what I wanted to drink. Waiter did not ask two persons in our party what they wanted for main course, so theirs was late, after chasing down the waiter to place the order. Never came to ask how was our meals, or if we needed anything. Waiter consistently absent or busy waiting other tables. Coffee spilt on one of our party and I had to remind the waier to replace the coffee. Lack of attention and care. Maybe understaffed etc, but regardless, for the price you pay, you expect amazing service from a Michelin awarded restaurant. Was very disappointed.

Came here after reading the great reviews and seeing the michelin stars. Im very dissapointed since both the food and service were very basic. For example the dynamite shrimp should be in a hot/spicy sauce hense the name dynamite, however it came like a regular tempura shrimp with a lemon mayo dip on the side. The shrimp still had that cord that should be removed before cooking. That should not happen in a restaurant like this. The pad thai lacked taste and flavour and it sounds horrible to say but I've had better at foodcourts in malls. The sushi came with salmon even though I said without, they reopened the sushi and just removed the salmon and came out with it again. The waiter asked how the food was after eating and when we said not great he didnt respond or offer to give something else instead, not that we would have wanted anything else. However the staff should react if a customer says that they are not pleased. This was unfortunately a dissapointment.

Disappointing experience. The staff displayed a lack of professionalism, and the overall atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming. There are many excellent restaurants in Belgrade — this is not one of them. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values respectful service and basic courtesy

Restoran gerçekten Michelin yıldızını hak ediyor, özellikle domates çorbası ve black angus steak çok lezzetliydi. Etin yanında karabiberli sosu da söylerseniz ayrı bir lezzet katıyor. Tatlı olarak çikolatalı keklerini önerdiler güzeldi ancak kakao tadı biraz baskın geldi. Çalışanlar çok samimi ve iyi davrandılar. Bu restoran için tek sorun karşıdaki inşaat manzarası, atmosferi bozan bir etmen olmuş.
