This place came from a recommendation from a local and it was an amazing experience. Great atmosphere and location to watch the sunset. Our waiter Vice was excellent, recommended us a starter even though we chose something else and it was really good, glad we trusted him. Service was great, food was cooked to a high quality and overall one of the best meals we had on the island.

Ha nem a filléres ár a fontos (bár olyan egyre kevesebb van Horvátországban), akkor ez egy olyan étterem, ahol az átlagostól kicsit magasabb árakat kompenzálja a káprázatos kilátás, az ételek különleges és minőséges ízvilága, valamint a magas színvonalú kiszolgálás. Érdekesség, hogy ebben a remek Horvátországi étteremben egy Szerb nemzetiségű pincér szolgált ki bennünket lenyűgöző profi színvonalon és korrektül. Számítani lehet fejenként 50-100€ számlára, de a végén az ember elégedetten távozik. Nagyon jó élmény volt, jót ettünk, nem fizettünk keveset, de ami a legfontosabb, hogy nem éreztük magunkat becsapottnak !!! Mindenkinek ajánlom, mert felejthetetlen. Megjegyzés: Arra számítani kell, hogy az italok (minőséges borok) nagyon megemelhetik a számla végösszegét.

Wir haben schon viele, und auch viele hochpreisige (ab 100 Euro/Person), Fischrestaurants in Kroatien besucht, aber das hier ist etwas ganz besonderes. Es liegt etwas unscheinbar abseits der üblichen Routen an einem Hang, man kann den Sonnenuntergang genießen, der Service ist fantastisch, es gibt, klar, klassische und nicht so klassische Fischgerichte, aber die sind so was von gut zubereitet. Es ist ein Familienbetrieb, und alles ist liebevoll und professionell. Das nimmt man gerne den Aufstieg auf sich, oder mal lässt sich vom Shuttle abholen 😃

Exceptional experience. The food and the serving were outstanding. We ordered grilled Samper fish with some starters and enjoyed a lot. I am not a fan of food picturing but could not withstand taking pictures of the dishes the way it was served. We had a wonderful young waiter from Serbia who was doing an imazing job to make us absolutely comfortable. The restaurant has a nice terrace with a beautiful view to the neighbouring islands. Its a bit pricy but it is worth every penny.

Das Lokal hat eine besonders schöne Aussicht und daher waren wir auch schon oft hier essen,weil uns auch die Speisen gut geschmeckt haben. Leider hatten wir gestern eine sehr unschöne Erfahrung mit der Abrechnung. Für die Weine wurde uns statt € 45.- pro Flasche € 85.- in Rechnung gestellt, für 3 Scamp! ein halber Kilo und sicher das doppelte an Fisch. Wir haben diese Fehler reklamiert, man hat sich entschuldigt,mit dem Ergebnis,daß eine noch höhere Rechnung gekommen ist, Da wir diese nicht anerkannt haben,ist es zu einem Streitgespräch gekommen,worauf uns etwas nachgelassen wurde. Schlussendlich haben wir trotzdem € 450.- für 2 Flaschen Wein, 1 KG Fisch, 3 Skampi, mit Nudeln und 6 kleinen Vorspeisen bezahlt. Hier wird mit Absicht versucht den Gast zu betrügen,sodaß wir von einem Besuch trotz der schönen Aussicht leider abraten müssen.

The fresh fish was a standout — grilled to perfection, flaky and flavorful, with just the right hint of smokiness. It was clear the ingredients were top-quality and treated with respect. The steak was equally impressive — tender, juicy, and cooked exactly to order, served with a delicious jus and sides that tied the whole dish together beautifully. Between the sublime views, the masterfully prepared food, and Mate’s impeccable service, Šampier is a restaurant experience I won’t soon forget. De rib-eye was prima maar de portie vis was onder de maat en vervolgens een verhaal over dat je eigenlijk verse vis moest nemen. Nogal lastig als er maar 1 vis neemt en er alleen super grote verse vissen beschikbaar zijn. Prachtig uitzicht. Begin van het seizoen en we zaten een groot deel alleen in het best grote restaurant.

We weren’t quite sure what to order so we asked for the server’s recommendation he did not disappoint!! We got the brudeto and it was absolutely fantastic!!! The view is phenomenal - sunset was amazing. AND they have a shuttle to take you to and from your boat.
