The food was excellent but the evening dinner was constantly interrupted by the loud noise the chairs make when they are moved. The wooden legs scrape on the tile floor and reverberate with such a noise that it interrupts conversation and eventually becomes rather annoying. The screeching could be easily stopped by putting something on the bottom of the wooden legs. One can hammer metal buttons there but it would easier just to put a blob of superglue on the bottom of each leg. I would love to go back for another meal but do not want another evening of screeching reverberating around the small inside space.

Un piccolo locale in una zona molto graziosa appena fuori dal centro storico, che è molto più caotico. Cucina espressa, di qualità. Pane e pasta fatti a mano. Buona la carne (non so dire il pesce). Servizio accurato. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo (considerate 30,00 euro a persona per un pasto completo, calice di vino compreso).

Wunderbar ruhig und abseits vom Touristenstrom. Sehr aufmerksamer Service. Suppe und Vorspeise waren sehr fein. Hausgemachte Gnocchi einmal mir Gemüse einmal mit Pfifferlingen waren ein Genuss. Danach haben wir uns noch Schoko- und Vanille-Creme genehmigt. War beides etwas schwer und Verzicht wäre in diesem Fall besser gewesen. Trotzdem : ein wunderbarer Abend!

Einzigartig! Das Lokal liegt leicht versteckt, etwas entfernt von den Touristenhochburgen. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Die Speisekarte übersichtlich, aber dennoch für jeden etwas dabei und liebevoll gestaltet. Das Essen begann mit einem Gruß des Hauses bestehend aus Frischkäse und selbstgebackenem Brot - lecker!!! Die Suppen - sowohl die klare wie auch die cremigen - sind geschmacklich der erste Höhepunkt. Die Weizengrütze mit Pilzen soo lecker, dass sie es verdient hätte ein Hauptgang zu sein, leicht bissfest und auf den Punkt abgeschmeckt. Der gemischte Salat kommt ohne Dressing und man kann ihn sich frisch am Tisch anmachen. Und dann die Hauptgänge - die Nudeln sind definitiv selbstgemacht und schmecken dementsprechend lecker und alle anderen Zutaten sind ebenso frisch. Das Roastbeef von höchster Qualität. Hier würde Frank Rosin von Gaumensex mit mehreren Höhepunkten sprechen. Dieses Restaurant ist jeden Stern wert, auch wenn die WCs sehr rustikal anmuten. Wir werden, wenn wir wieder in Slowenien sind, gerne jede Strecke auf uns nehmen, um das hier genießen zu können.

We enjoyed a great dinner (go for the buckwheat with porcini as a starter) with very kind staff. Our waitress was very nice to our baby and was also looking after him! Great place! Hvala!
