It's a small airport. Handles flights from Schengen and a few non-Schengen countries. No aero bridges so it's bus to your aircraft and climbing stairs with your hand baggage. Arriving more than 2 hours before the flight the counters didn't open until 6.15. check-in and security was quick. Traveling to a Schengen country there's no immigration. There is a cafe before security and one after security. A few travel shops and lots of restaurant style seating in the main departure hall. Smokers can go to the terrace. No water fountains and you can fill up your water bottles in the sink in the toilets. There are quite a few rental car companies here and it's easy to go out and come back to the airport. Nearest airport to the Istrian Peninsula with good connections

Nice outside area as others have said, but there are barely and food options, so just eat in Pula before you come to the airport

Get food before you arrive if you are going to be waiting for your flight, can of beer small water and pringles was 14 euros. Pleasant outdoor area to sit though.
